Great hand thrown brick oven apizza, great char on it. They have a standard set of 14" pies to choose from. Great ingredients, the crust is perfect and thin, and holds up to the toppings. Good pizzas, thin and nearly crispy crust cornichon. Basic NY style cheese was great and the pies were bigger than expected. Outdoor food hall type environment was really enjoyable, particularly in the current covid-19 world.
I specifically asked them no burns, what I got is the most of burns you can have. Very unhealthy! My first ever negative review, sad!
I have frequented Dante’s innumerable times since it opened— I can confidently say that the VAST majority of the time, it is delicious, and a great experience. Reviewers suggesting pizza is “black” on the bottom and/or complaining of rude staff definitely did NOT have the usual/standard experience.
Really really yummy! Thin crust and Fresh sauce that is very flavorful and almost like crushed tomatoes. Perfect pizza for a hot day. I don’t say any of this lightly. And they have outside seating. Super!
