Placed an order online....order went through. Went to pick up the food the place was dark inside and someone was mopping. Doors were locked. Apparently they were closed and never called to even inform. Mind you my pick up was for 7:35pm and the store was supposed to be closed at 9pm. HORRIBLE!

I placed an online order sunday evening and arrived at the time to pick it up and they were closed almost 2 hours early. My debit card was charged and i never received my food. Ive tried calling the store numerous times and no one even answers the phone. I want my refund!!!!

This is the worst subway in CT possibly. They are advertised to be open until 9pm but most times they are closed before 8pm! Also the workers dont pay attention to your order. You have to constantly repeat yourself. Maybe its because when their friends come through they stop and have a conversation with them and leave the customer waiting. Horrible. Do not eat here

What does Subway Refresh mean? Prices Increased by 25%, less meat, thinner slices of meat, a few new flavors, same green tomatoes. Instead of subway paying their employees now they beg for tips when they ring you out.

Is a clean place but the employees are to young kids and they were confusing the orders. I asked for a toasted bread and was not toasted and sandwich to cold too. Need to be more carefully on details.

Great experience. I usually go to other subways and none compare to this one. The 2 young men that were working there today at 4:40pm were very kind and banged out orders quickly during a dinner rush

These people are the best and they work really hard even during busy hours. Since I got here often they already know what I'm going to order. Best team ever

This is my "go-to" Subway! Great staff and the do not skimp on the fixings like many Subways do. Some businesses know that if the customer feels like they are getting their monies worth THEY WILL COME BACK!!
