On our way out of town, we were craving some breakfast food and a local establishment. This place appeared to work because it ticked the boxes, and it is train themed! There is a little model train that runs at the top of a portion of the ceiling. It only runs when "the boss" is there to operate it

Really really worth the wait which wasn't as as bad as on would think. The dining area is cozy and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The menu is chock full of deliciousness. The biscuits are huge and so tasty.
