Food was exquisite. Wait staff was on point. Restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. If you like Japanese cuisine or sushi, then they are worth giving a try if you haven't yet. This was my first visit and I was impressed enough to recommend them without hesitation. I will be returning.

The food was really good. I'm not going to lie I forget this place is in our town. A really good friend of mine who eats their frequently told me to stop by and try them and I'm glad I did.

We ordered the New Bern roll, firecracker roll, and spicy tuna roll. The noodle dishes, not pictured, we're also very good according to my husband. The baked scallops in a cream sauce were okay.
If you want a quick Asian style lunch this is the best spot! The pad Thai was kind of spicy last time which was perfect for me but sometimes not so much. They also have Hibachi, Pho and other kinds of noodles.
I rate it 4 stars because nothing really stood out to me. With that being said the food was good and the waiter was kind and helpful. I had hibachi chicken and shrimp with a Philadelphia roll and eel roll. The place needs updates but would still recommend.
Sanuki is a fantastic venue! I went there for lunch with a friend and enjoyed hibachi vegetables with extra vegetables, he ordered the hibachi filet. Portions were plentiful (we both took home boxes) and it came with soup or salad! Prices are very reasonable. Great atmosphere, fast and friendly serv
They had a wide variety of choices of sushi, hibachi, apps, soups, etc. I prefer Sanuki when I go to New Bern!
