Used drive-thru.Very rude order taker. Ordered classic RB, curly fries and shake. Menu board says shakes are Sm, Med, Lg. When asking how big the sizes were in ounces, she said "small, medium and large." I told her I can hear her frustration and I apologized, but needed clarification of sizes in ounces so I knew what to order. So, ordering was unpleasant and unnecessarily awkward. Now for the food quality ... roast beef was like beef flavored mush, curly fries were all 1" pieces (no curlys at all) and vanilla shake was white ice cream with milk poured over it. Needless to say, I will NOT return.

What a joke of an Arby's. Lobby closed entirely, restaurant closes at 5PM on a Friday, and sold out of curly fries at 2PM. Like I said, total joke.

ONLY GOT ONE STAR CAUSE IT MADE ME PUT A RATING IN! Pulled up at the drive thru today at 5:30. A line of cars around the bldg waiting. NO ONE was there!!! They were closed ...on the first Friday of lent! This restaurant won't last long at this rate!

Don’t recommend. Unreliable that this place will be open when you get there. Twice now I’ve checked the website for hours of operation and drove there only to find that they closed early and put up a printed sign. Saw at least 4 or 5 employees still in the store. Couldn’t any of them work the two extra hours? Very poor customer service. Are they going to pay for the gas it took to drive there?

Price of food was not in according to the menu board in drive thru. $11.21 for a sandwich, fries and a small lemonade filled with ice. That's too much. Won't return,even though chicken sandwich was very good.

So happy when I'm surprised with a fish sandwich and Mac and cheese. Love the fish sandwich and it's a favorite along with Mac and cheese that I would LOVE Arby's too carry all the time on the menu.

Got there at 4:55 apparently shut down at five according to the sign. Was told they were closed what a joke of a restaurant can't wait until they are replaced by robots.

Closed again. Today at 5pm. This store has poor history of different hours or closed early. Unfortunately can no longer count on them so I won't be trying.
