You always know what to expect when you go to Cousin's Subs. Food is always consistent, fries are fresh, and one of my favorite places for cheese curds!

While the food and service was good, I couldn't get passed how many flies were buzzing around my head while we were eating. The place seemed clean, yet had so many flies.
The food was prepared fast, and the people there were nice. It just would be nice if they handled their bug issue.

I like the fact you have dine in open at your restaurant. Unlike other locations on hwy 100. If I see it is not open for dine in I walk right out, NO business from me! Good food here at New Berlin however I see prices are pretty high for a sub and small soda now, over TEN DOLLARS!

Grabbed a lunch sub. Quick and attentive staff behind counter. Professional and courteous to say the least. $12 for a 7.5" sub + drink + small bag of chips seems on the high end to me. The classic sub from the menu was okay. I was dazzled or won over by its taste. I guess I was expecting more flavor in the sandwich. Not horribly dissatisfied, but not really seeing a good reason to return either.

Ordered extra meat cheese and onions 5 bites of meat thats a joke. Never going here again bill was high for extra also. Learn from Burlington cousins. God

We got there at 7 pm on a Saturday and went thru the drive thru. The person at the window was very friendly and did apologize a few times because of the long wait (that really wasn't a problem as you need to wait everywhere these days!).
The problem was that I spend $40 on 4 subs and when we got home home 2 of them were completely wrong. One of the whole turkey subs had nothing on it but the meat!!! And the half pepperoni melt had all sorts of stuff on it that shouldn't have been. So I waited 30 minutes and got home and 2 of the subs were awful!!
I was not packing up them back up and driving 25 minutes back to the store. Have to say that I will NOT ever be going back to this place.
