Palace Pizza & More

This was the most Disgusting thing ever 🤢I ordered today and when I was eating my pizza I found black hair stuck in the cheese and crust.An was waited a whole hour 😡and when I called the store they didn’t answer even though they had 10 mins till closing an I have had already paid and was waiting on my order worst experience ever 🤦🏼‍♀️

Our order was about 80.00. Everything we ordered was NOT what we ordered. Very disappointed with this place. When taking our order the young girl seemed confused on wheather they had the items or no. So at that point already knew our order was not gonna come out right! We are a usual there, but this time our order was a complete mess. Everything was cold and very dry! Not worth your 80.00 here! Go somewhere else!!! This was a chicken and cheese quesadilla. Burnt and chicken was rubby. And this does not look or taste like a QUESADILLA!!!!!

I paid for my order w/ my debit card .. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my food after the person answering the phone took my phone number down incorrectly and floor number ... So , apparently the driver came to the house and called the incorrect number and the person that answered the phone said they didn't order (obviously) . So , they brought my food back and mind you I had already called during the delivery after 1.5 hours ( on a SUNDAY ) inquiring about my food and was told it was on the way... I tried to keep a look out from the 3rd floor but I didn't see anyone... (The person that answered my call never thought to look at their caller ID and figure it out...????? They let the food sit.) I asked that my food be hot when it did arrive -didnt even ask for it to be remade cuz I get things get messed up from time to time... But no... The food still took an hour to get Back and it was cold and undercooked.. The dough of the calzone was raw and the greek salad was so so sad.. Called for a refund.. Was offered a store credit , declined and asked for my money back which was done ( we will see )... Anyways... Not worth your time , or money .. They weren't friendly about it or apologetic... Thats not good business . the calzone was a cold 2.5 hours old brick and the greek salad was mediocre and Im being nice. ALSO - 2 weeks later and still did not receive my refund... Guess they need to keep it so they can at least hire quality staff . 😂😂 what a joke .

ordered a lg pizza with extra cheese. got home and all the toppings were on one side of pizza as if the cook just tossed it in the box. I called and cashier said oh we don't do that??? I've been ordering pizza for over 25 tears and i know how to transport one rom restaurant to home. not my first time. SMH no care for my call at all. metro will be my choice from now on
