Dunkin'

I go to this dunkin daily and all the female staff is so rude. No matter what two girls particually are and every time I ask for a manger they are never on . My drink is wrong on the daily and usual I fix it myself as I proceeded to go in today to get it remade the girl at the counter said what’s wrong with it now and proceed to put her hand in my face not my fault you don’t know how to make the drink correctly. Worst part is they gossip about you while you are still there every time I go there it’s a attitude. I am done with that I don’t need to be treated like that. Worst customer service ever you need to train your employees on #1 how drinks are suppose to be made maybe they would make them right in the first place #2 how to talk to customers because if this was the other way around they would not like it done to them. I hope they really get their attitudes in shape because if they attitude all there customers the way I got treated today they won’t be in business too much longer. I would still like the manager that that place to get in contact with me but I will not be returning at all

Went there today and waited almost 10 minutes for a bagel because they were all horsing around. I asked if they had forgotten about me and a rude girl said we're backed up. There was no back up. Just incompetence. So I asked again another five minutes later and she snapped at me and said I already told you it would be a few minutes. Very unprofessional! I spend $15 a day at this Dunkin but never again! Hire better help please!

This location is very convenient because it’s closest to my house and right near the highway, but I try to avoid this Dunkin in the morning because it’s always so busy and takes a long time to get through the drive thru. Even when I order for pick up it’s rarely done when I get there. The staff used to be really nice but it seems like recently they got some younger, new staff that are more unfriendly. The girl that works in the morning with dirty blonde/blonde hair (I believe she’s a manager now) is a sweetheart and I always look forward to seeing her. They usually make my coffee good and rarely mess up my order. Just wish they didn’t close so early.

Avoid this dunkin if possible. Parking and drive through line is always out of control. They often don’t put in advertised deals and charge you regular price. No one is wearing any masks. They consistently do not put cream cheese on my bagel and I have specifically said “plain bagel with cream cheese ON IT and toasted”. It has happened 3 times.

Extremely rude employees. I did not feel welcomed or wanted in the shop. Employees swearing like no one is around. The cashier was giving attitude and sighed deeply when I had more to my order than just a coffee. I overheard a client wanted a specific order and one of the employees said 'yeah well I'm not (f word) doing it' to another employee. Really disappointed... and ofc no manager on call.
