Domino's Pizza

This is a busy location and a hit or Miss Place to Order. This visit was a hit when ordering a medium Hawaiian Pizza and a thin crust linguica & banana pizza. It was cooked to perfection and tasted great. The staff on the other hand is sometimes difficult to deal with when ordering. My advice is to have them read the Oder back to you before cashing out.

B-B-B-B-Bad Customer Service... Girl at the front desk just let my pizza sit there and get cold instead of telling me it was ready. I got suspicious after waiting for 30 minutes, so finally i went up and asked, only to find out my pizza has been ready for a long time! There was no way for me to know my pizza was ready since i ordered inside. We all have bad days but this felt downright spiteful and disrespectful :(

I ordered thru the automated system as I have been but this time it did not take the order correct, I didnt even know u can ask to speak to an actual person last time I tried it would not give me the option ...anyway i ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and i didnt even ask for anything special as my kids dont like onions or the chicken but i figured they could pick it off trying to make the order as easy as possible i also said 2 ranch cups , the pizza was made with no BBQ sauce and ranch as sauce , i called to tell them and the manager came on the phone to tell me I ordered it wrong , she asked me what i said so i repeated the above she told me I said i wanted ranch as a base ? I never said that nor would i yuck! Anyway i order yhere every week it should have just been we are sorry about that and a new pizza will be on the way i didnt need a lecture on how to order , she could have said next time just call the store bc the automated system can ake mistakes. Instead of blaming me , ive never sent anything back even when its deserved but this was just way off from my order , what happened to customer service ???

This location is awful. I usually don't do reviews, but I've had enough. Almost every time I order a buffalo chicken pizza, the buffalo sauce is missing! Why even offer it if they continuously forget? Also, the garlic dipping sauce was placed upside down on one of the pizza boxes, which was open... and leaked.. all over. All the girl at the counter said was "yeah, sorry about that" and didn't offer to wipe off the mess or provide a new sauce. Thankfully I had my own napkins in the car to take care of the mess myself.
