In the past several months, the Burger King in New Baltimore on Green Street has been terrible. The food is always cold, to the point where the cheese doesn't melt. I had the Whopper, Jr. And once again, it seems as if it was left out for a long period of time without the heat lamp. Isn't meat suppo
The slowest bk, I've ever been to. I understand staffing is short, but waiting 45+ minutes is crazy. Wait times were an issue even pre covid. Rarely see employees wearing masks.
Edit 11/20/21: Used the drive thru to order a kids 4 piece chicken nugget meal. They gave her 2 ghost pepper nuggets and
Very nice people working there, the food was fresh tasting and exactly what we ordered! Would come here again even if it was a little out of the way!
Every employee there dont know how to read. Everytime im there the get my order wrong. Close it down open a store with ppl who can actually work. Read. Spell. Why have a menu when they just make what they want. Today 3/4 at 230ish in the afternoon i went there only one person in the store no one in
All teenagers working. I asked for no pickle. They decided to hide the pickles under the cheese of my burger. Good thing I don't have an allergy.
I enjoyed this very much. I hadn't eaten burger King in several years. It was very yummy. Special treat for my family.
Service is hit or miss. The other night my bill was $28 for a whopper meal and chicken fry meal. Both French fries were cold and soggy, my chicken fries were so old they broke and half and crumbled. I was very disappointed.
Nice place to eat, just wished the ENTRANCE door by the HANDICAPPED PARKING was not an EXIT ONLY. Had to walk around the building to get to the entrance. Was very displeased.
