Review for the new business, Sante: We miss the option to purchase 4 wine samples. They no longer have this. It was a great way to try new wines and made Uncorked wine bar really stand out among competitors. Also wish they kept the pizza on the menu. The menu is now very limited for food. Uncorked used to be our favorite spot in town and we miss the pizza, wine samples and turtle cheesecake. The food we had at Sante tasted like it had fresh ingredients which was good! Servers at Sante were very nice and the gentleman server was knowledgeable about wines. The ambiance of the restaurant feels less-romantic than it used to. Did not try the creative cocktails, however this is a unique offering that you don't find much in the area.
Review for Uncorked (the previous wine bar that was here): About $15 for 4 half glass wine samples. Pizza and dessert was great! Received food quickly. Nice, quiet and relaxing atmosphere with lights dimly lit. Good for date night.
AMAZING food and wine, large variety of wine, and you have to try the goat cheese toast! To die for! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the wines and you never have to wait for a drink. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. This is where you wanna be if you want to relax or come with a group of friends and have a great time.
Great place. I'm not a huge wine drinker and was extremely happy with their craft cocktail menu. My wife loves wine and really enjoyed her pours. Highly recommend.
A friend and I came here for drinks & dessert after having dinner elsewhere. They have a lovely atmosphere and staff. I’m always hesitant with such contemporary-style places because of the complicated menus but the drinks & cheesecake was delicious. We plan on going again!
We went for a glass of wine and we were blown away by the food! Super tasty, extra flavorful and I must say we had an excellent overall experience. I highly recommend you check this place out!!!!!
The previous place Uncorked was an utter failure at the Customer Service Experience. I must say that the Phoenix has risen from the ashes. Sante Wine Bar & Bistro have taken what was left in my view as the Afghanistan of local businesses (bombed out and depleted) and brought a true gem to the downtown Neenah scene.
Highly recommend if you're in the area, stop in and allow yourself to indulge in what I describe as The Customer Experience.

Additional review months from my first visit. Wow! Even better, the proprietor Matt added my favorite drink, the Vieux Carre as well as bottles of French bordeaux wines.
Met up with friends, for martinis on a Wednesday night. The lady running the bar was excellent. Nice evening.
