First time at lubys and it was good.. Mac and cheese could have been better.. And the chicken fried steak could have been more hot.. But overall it was good and the people were nice.. The prices were fair and i enjoyed my experience..

I really enjoy home cooking sometimes. The fish, fried it baked hasn't changed in flavor in over the forty years I've been going there. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Oh, and go ahead and enjoy the best desserts! Yummy

Stopped here while visiting for a short time. The food and service were exceptional. The building was spotless and looked new, inside and out. For a full size meal the prices were very reasonable too. Highly reccomend!
Ok I have to admit this surprised me. As a child I remember always going to Lubys in the mal but this was the first time I ate at this new one. Actually it's the first time in years iv even been to Lubys and I admit it's just as good if not even better. The taste from my favorite dish Country Fried
Clean restaurant, fresh food on varied menu, and prompt helpful staff. Only suggestion today is to ladle salad dressing onto side salads. Pouring out of large container is messy and too abundant.
For cafeteria style dining the food was very good. When you go in look for "Amber" she'll steer you rite with your choices. And she has the attitude to make everyone feel good.
