Review Elevation Burger - National Harbor

Sharrell Cooper
For what I paid (about $40) I was expecting more. I ordered 3 fries and only got 2. The meat was very dry, and my bun was torn up like it was dropped. Also, for it to be the bacon BBQ Burger, there was almost no BBQ sauce and there was no mention of the bacon included being turkey bacon and not pork bacon. There was only one slice of cheese and there were almost no trace of onions. All in all for $40, I've had better, juicier meat, and much more for the value of those thin patties. The fries were the elevation fries, which I thought for "handcut" fries would have been much thicker.

It was quick that's the real reason for the 2 stars. The food was just okay. The onion rings were burnt, but I'm sure they would have been good if they weren't. The ones in the picture were the least burnt.

When looking at the menu, I was happy they had a variety of options. During the visit I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar. Sadly, this was one of the most bland burgers I have ever had. The fries were okay but nothing special. If I had to choose between here and McDonald's, I'd go to McDonald's which is a painful alternative. How can a burger cooked on a grill have almost no taste after adding BBQ sauce and cheddar. Since we are still on covid times, other things still have taste. I opened a pack of Doritos and the nacho cheese hit the spot.

Veggie burger was delicious! I asked for my pickles and jalapenos to be between bun and patty. Nope soggy burger by the time I took the short walk back to my hotel. Wait was super long. I would eat there again.

it took forever just to order then get our food. and it wasn't worth the wait. the fries were cold. the burgers tasted like you could of gotten them at McDonald's. I got the impossible burger that said it came with all the normal toppings and it had nothing. wish we hadn't of wasted our time and money.

Great customer service. Vegan is also offered. Decent menu selection. I really enjoyed my meal. Good option for a quick meal at the National Harbor. I took a bite then remembered the picture 😉.

My experience was excellent. The service was quick and the food is hot and delicious. .I enjoyed a vegan burger that was exceptionally prepared.

I visited on a particularly busy day during an event nearby, but the service was still pretty quick and friendly. I'm basic so I got just chicken with mayo and ketchup. It was good chicken! The main reason we went was because of the veggie burger options for my friends though. I think the veggie burgers take a bit longer as fyi for other vegetarians out there.
