Let’s be honest, you came to this location expecting what you usually get at your neighborhood Potbelly. I gave 2 stars because the sandwiches are consistent. They didn’t have any of my 3 shakes. Didn’t have my sandwich made and told me they would have the manager call me back to refund me.

Fun little sandwich shop. The price is decent for DC. They offer soups, sandwiches, shakes and mac n cheese. They offer an order and you build it kind of style, in terms of toppings. Service was ok and the food was good.

Sandwich was great, had to go with my second choice though because they were out of chicken. How can you be out of chicken at lunch time. Oh well.

I was visiting from Chicago, it’s 12:30pm asked for 3 soups. I was given cold soups, asked to have them heated got an attitude abs still got cold soups. They refused to make strawberry shakes, and no cookies at all.
