I appreciate the smaller selection compared to other breweries. Not only does it make it easier to figure out what you want to drink when you visit, but from my visit, it was apparent that the beer on tap was done well. YMMV so check Untappd or Beer Advocate for more info on specific brews.
The venue itself is big and the Saturday we visited hosted a Cornhole tournament. There were 4 sets inside with a couple more out on the patio. The bathrooms were nice and clean.
Food trucks are available after 5, but if you come before you're welcome to bring your own food.
I saw plenty of fast food here.
Staff was super friendly and even with so much space taken up by the Cornhole, there was still plenty of indoor seating, not including the bar.
This place is a GEM in Natchitoches.

This place is huge inside with tons of room. I tried the 4 flight, Peach, APA, Brown Ale, and a Hoppy Pilsner. They are all good and I can recommend them. Have been a Homebrewer for 20 years and I do like their beers here. There will be a band here later tonight but I am not sure that we can stay that late. There are Fireworks downtown on the river tonight for the Fourth.
We walked up to see if it was open because we came in from out of town and it was closed & was not going to be opened until the next day. The owner drove up as we where walking off and he invited us in & we even met the brew master. The brew master answered all the questions I gave, & believe me I had a lot.
The brewery was closed & we had a lot of fun, could only imagine how much more fun we would have had been open!!
This is a great locally owned brewery. Every beer I tasted on my first visit was really good. I normally stay away from IPA's due to most of them being too 'Hoppy" Cane River Brewery's IPA was really tasty and goes down smooth. I'll be buying a six pack of that stuff soon. Justin the owner is a super friendly, down to earth kinda guy. The brewery hosts live bands as well. I highly recommend you give this place a visit especially if your a craft beer lover.
Travelling South from Michigan, and stopped in a couple days in a row at the beginning of the Xmas festival in Natchitoches this year (2021). Not only were the beers great, but the management and staff made us feel at home, and even the other patrons we met were very friendly. Don't just make this a stop, but a destination. Justin and his crew run a truly great place! Hope no more ice storms for you guys! See ya next time thru....
Good beer, interesting building, fun staff and customers. We happened across this just passing through town and it was a great stop to learn something about the area and meet some folks. We had the APA and the Peach LoCal. Both are recommended.
