Food was surprising really good, the service was sub par for the most part, with the people taking forever to take care of the customers, the one female manager was really nice and my grandson actually got to see Chucky, which he was super excited about too! He had allot of fun playing, I bought him an hr worth of play for like 28 bucks.. which in my opinion, is was too pricey for what it is, but my grandson loved it so no regrets. The salad bar is an over priced option, if you don't want pizza and I did not see where you could add a salad, to your pizza order, so I'm not sure of that is even an option, if it is, it should be advertised as such.

Great location and they still have the animatronic band!! My family had a great time, and the manager “Z” went above and beyond. Only minor issue is that we wanted to sit near the band but all the tables were blocked off as “reserved” (at 7 pm) and we weren’t allowed to sit there but no guests came at all. My guess is the staff blocked them off for some reason.

Everyone was happy and helpful! Everything was clean, almost all the games worked and on Wednesday you can mention all you can play for an hour for $17.99!!! Great deal food was great!!

Very disappointed in the Madison Chuck E Cheese. We have been coming here for years and now that they remodeled and changed management it is horrible. Half of the machines don't work. Chuck e doesn't come out as promised when he is supposed to as they advertise on the screens. Very upset.

Been twice that we order food and it take really long
Salad bar is empty ask the manager( Korean lady) and she looked and she didn’t even do nothing and all she does is walk around

We were there to celebrate my grandsons 4th birthday because that's what he wanted. Everything was just awesome! The kids had so much fun and they all seemed to have enjoyed it. Shout out to the young lady that helped with the party and also the young man (have no idea of names) they were awesome! Couldn't have asked for anything better.
