If you enjoy spending your time in a drive through that takes way too long to process orders come on by… sad time with live in these days. KK will be the next one closed… at that speed I’ll bet it cost more to run the lights then the donuts they sell!!!

We were so excited to go to a Krispy cream again. It's been years. What a mistake to choose this one in Madison. No decaf. No cream. The regular coffee was old & undrinkable, we threw it out. "CASHIER" used her unchanged glove to pick up my donut, (no paper) and hand it to me🤮(the cashier!)🤮 I aske

They have these new cream filled glazed doughnuts that will knock your sandals off! The coffee lately has been a bit too strong or I would still give a 5 star rating. Loved the caramel mocha!

The drive-thru opens at 6AM. Why are there no donuts ready when I pull in at 6:50AM? I mean, why open at 6 if your not going to have donuts ready until 7AM? What a joke! I love Krispy Kreme, but do NOT go to the one in Madison. Incompetence all the way around.

In a nation where COVID made everything crappier, it’s really nice to go into a business where everyone is working hard, doing their job above standard, and giving friendly service. I wish we had more businesses like these! Go Krispy Kreme Gallatin Pike!

This place is run by clowns. I came by at 830am on 3/19/22, you still cannot enter the lobby (drive through only) because they claim they are understaffed (but had 4 people standing around). So I go through the drive through and ask for 3 original glazed and they say the have NONE. Pretty stunned by

All I got was a cup of coffee and was asked if I wanted hot or iced... Said hot but the coffee was ice cold. Said something about it and was told if I want hot coffee I'll have to buy another cup. First off with what I paid for a hot cup it should have been replaced. Not gonna go back
