The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They are very short staffed but they make up for it with the quality of the food. There is a nice lady that works there I'm not sure if she is a manager but she is honest and apologetic about us having to wait which is not their fault. She's usually there
Let me just say...I had the best Hardee's meal i have ever had today at this location. The service was less than perfect but not bad and the location kind of is hard to get in and out of. But the meal i got was Fantastic. Cooked perfectly and the fries great.
This place hands-down has to be the cleanest fast food establishment in all of Nashville!
The employees are friendly, and the food is fresh. I can see a gentleman making biscuits from scratch in a pile of flour from my seat.

Had a great breakfast this morning thanks to the lovely staff at Hardee's! My usual Biscuit and Gravy combo was hot and fresh. Only tip-clean the drink machine and ice dispenser.
Gravy was good. Service was fast. The girl at the drive thru window was very nice, and she had napkins, silverware, ketchup and jelly already in the bag. On point!
The cashier was new and did a great job. Manager was present. However, the Frisco burger mandatory comes with bacon now, if you don't want bacon, they can take off but you still have to pay for it.
June k was very polite and very helpful I would definitely come back just because of her great service if I knew her schedule I would come back every time she was working she should be a trainer an example of what everyone should do for a customer in your drive through.

I mainly order their chicken tenders! They're always fresh. I hate that they did away with their Jalapeno Poppers from the menu! I've never tried their burgers! Maybe I will the next time I visit!
