Reviews of Pizza Hut

I have consistantly purchased pizza from this location once every week for the past 5-7 years. They have gone through some ups and downs, but for the past 2 years has been very consistantly great! The staff has been friendly, pizza is delivered hot and fast, and our orders are correct. Thanks for turning this store around for our community.

ive learned they are somewhat understaffed. so id agree with how hard they are trying. the food is usually cooked well. so never had issues there. the best part is when i get there to pick up on break, one time my food wasnt prepaired and i even came to pickup way later and the clerk took care of everything and made the order immediately and didnt charge me. mobile orders are fast. idk how everyone is out there using the "old school" way, unless they just nostalgically like doing that. i figured during covid people would be savvy to use the app. but ohhh no. just use the app yall. waaay simple and for everything else please use apps. its making wait times worse when u dont

Everything was EXCELLENT. The new Melts were fresh, hot, delicious and tasty. I ordered two different kinds and they were on POINT. I've had bad experiences in the past, but tonight made up for them. Order was delivered before time. Thanks Pizza Hut and Crew!!🍕👍 Four stars only because the "free" breadsticks were not fresh.💁🏽

Food was good. Service was great. If you looking for an over priced pizza you have found your place. Pizza Hut has become very pricey in today's market. Miss old pizza hut with sit down restaurant with beer, salad bar and great service. I understand their marketing but they miss the mark for me. Thanks you.

I love this pizza hut, all the workers look like they're having a blast. I got my order just in time, and it was amazing! Truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my entire life. I hope anyone seeing this review that hasn't eaten here before orders a pizza right after reading this, it is worth it.

I ordered a pizza at 10:48 PM, an hour and 12 minutes before they closed... it’s now 12:34 AM. Nothing. No cancellation, no refund, no pizza, and because they’re closed it’s not like I can call and demand a refund. Wanted to edit to say that I called today, and the girl I spoke with was very, very kind. She gave us our food for free, and the pizza was VERY well made. She even had it delivered. Wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out for excellent customer service

I can't give less than two stars because of the food being better, but I'm giving a review because I ordered a pizza at 9:58 PM just before closing time and the manager up and cancelled the order because the carryout time was 10:15 PM, but when me and my mom drove passed, there were delivery drivers taking pizzas to customers. Spotty terrible service, but should change the carryout maximum time for last minute orders to 15 minutes after closing for those who have the time to run out for a last minute pizza. Edit: After going in today, I learned the person working the previous night was not actually supposed to cancel the last minute order and the manager today ended up giving us 50% off on the order, which warrants a bump up in rating.
