Having heard so much about Oaxacan food, I was thrilled to find one here in Nashville.
The mole negro is absolutely delicious! I was a little bit hesitant because i was worried it would be too sweet, but it was spot-on! Complex and rich.

As I work in this part of town, I noticed that there are very few restaurants that offer a good sit down meal. El Sabor Pochutlego is an exception. The dining area is varied and welcoming, the feel of a home dining area rather than a series of fast food tables
The food is delicious, good customer service. Sad to see that it's always empty whenever I go there. Overall just underrated
This place is delicious! Service is friendly and fast. The mole sauce is a must try. It has a unique and wonderful flavor.
