The food was pleasant, the atmosphere was great, but the lady taking orders wasn't very friendly. But this may have been due to the language barrier. Overall, I would recommend the food and would go back again.

The tamales, pupusa, and stewed chicken are amazing. The staff speaks Spanish.... we took my dad along to translate.😊 it is definitely worth going here!

Loved this Honduran restaurant. Great for Sunday soap, pupusas, amazing Honduran tamales. Breakfast, coffee, horchata, and much more. Menu is English and Spanish. Not too far from White Bridge Pk & Charlotte Pk. Recommend to come in before the after church goer rush on Sundays.

We ordered almost everything on the menu and literally everything was absolute FIRE. Had to take some food home for leftovers because we were so stuffed and happy. Helps to know a little Spanish, but English-only speakers should be fine if you can just point to what you want on the menu. Service was great and everything was fresh.

I visit this place for 3 reasons only: 1. Is the best option in the west area if you’re craving Latin-American food with papusas, caldos, different dishes and tacos in the menu. 2. The prices! I paid $9.81 (plus tip) for 1 papusa, 1 baleada and a coffee. That was a good deal for a lot of food. 3. The Baleadas are delicious: fresh handmade tortilla filled with beans, egg, queso fresco and honduran sour cream. It’s all you need for a nice late breakfast. The service can be better but the satisfaction I get from my food is good enough to comeback time to time. Give it a try.

This place is AMAZING!!! The food is authentic! And I’m not talking about America authentic, it’s really authentic. I would give it 5 stars but the first time I went there I ordered some extra food togo after I ate my meal (yes it was that good) but it too an unnecessarily long amount of time for my food to get done. I’ve been back there and haven’t had any problems since. I definitely definitely recommend this place.

Really cool place! I got there right before the lunch rush, which was fortunate because this is where all the Latinos go on their lunch break. It got crowded right after I got my food. I ordered the fish because it looked special, and it was! I've had fish before that was cooked whole but I still haven't figured out the way to pull the bones out in one fell swoop before eating it (I've been assured it's possible) so I used the fork to pull sections apart and tried to make the least mess possible. I've never had fish this good! She said it had just come in that morning, and I could tell. There were three tortillas, refried beans, rice, a salad and avocado slices on the side. It was so much food I almost couldn't eat it all; most people would probably need a box. This was one of the most expensive meals on their menu at $17, but it was well worth it. Most of their food is much more affordable, so this is a good choice if you're watching your budget. I only splurged because I love special food so much. One note is that you can't read the sign, which is in a cursive font. So if you see a black and white sign over a storefront, that's the place! Since their regular customers know about Restaurante Honduras this probably doesn't impact their business much, but it makes it difficult for someone who is searching for it for the first time. Give it a shot, I think you'll love them!

Reasonably priced. Cooking like you might get at home. Fresh made corn tortillas were a highlight.
