I can at least say the food was great. Unfortunately there seems to be a trend with customer service getting worse at fast food places. This was no exception.
Great food,. Fresh and hot! Will definitely go back,. Parking lot is a little bit difficult to access. Pull in drive for Brighton House apt's or the Auto zone next door to get to parking lot for Arby's.
For a fast food place this location is great. Snappy service. Clean and remodeled.
Didn't like the fish but everything else was good should have got a different sandwich
The restaurant was clean with nice restrooms. The staff were amazing at recommending something when I was undecided. And I had an amazing time with the conversation with the cashier as the time of day was slow. The food was amazing!!

We really like going to Arby's. My wife likes the Beef and Cheddar on a seame seed bun with potato cakes and I get the Roast Beef sandwich with crinkle fries. Good food and service. Highly recommended.
This location is the best, they are always friendly, never get my order wrong & are very fast. Love going here compared to other fast food drive through’s in this city! WENDY’s could learn something from them

Update 6/28/23... drive through went well, a little slow but not horrible and the food was great.
Generally get good, fresh food here, but service is definitely so-so! Small mistakes nearly every time I go... last time I ordered a large order of cheese sticks and got a small order instead. (Guess I didn't need the extra calories anyway! Lol!)
Tried the bacon chicken ranch Mac and cheese and the Buffalo chicken slider. The slider was great but not a fan of the Mac and cheese, sticking to my go-to french dip and gyro.

Food was good. Customers cannot do self serve for their own sweet tea here, but they can get soft drinks from fountain machines. Their crinkle fries and roast beef slider at happy hour serves me well.
