Hopped in for the first time to visit the Juice Bar for smoothies. The smoothies were very tasty and very impressed with the many other selections.
Great place for health-conscious folk to grocery shop and have a nutrient-dense meal! I was traveling from out-of-town, and sometimes I like a break from all the restaurant food by going to local health food stores for their buffets.

🤯Number 1 ☝🏼 place to get the freshest and BIGGEST fruits 🍎🍅🥕🧅vegetables in Nashville❗ I'm amazed by how fresh their 🐄🦬🥩meats are as well. I was short on time and noticed a section with containers of cooked 🍗shredded chicken🍗 and thought the price was kind of high but I bought it out of convenience.
Fast friendly customer service. Clean & organized.Good selection at salad bar. 6 different soups. Juice bar.Quality produce. There is seating on the 2 nd floor where you can people watch.
Great salad & hot food bar, great produce, everything a bit pricey compared to bigger chains of course. Marilyn gives fantastic nutritional supplement advice. I just wish they had a customer wi-fi so I could get some work done while eating lunch!

IF Whole Foods & Trader Joe's had a baby... it's a compilation of 2 of my favorite places in one shopping trip and the NASHVILLE BLEND ummmm HELLO, if you haven't you should & don't let the price detour you, it's worth every penny!! Definitely one of my Nashville Faves 💜🤠💜
This is my favorite grocery store in the world. It has the best and freshest local produce. It's also full of good people who own and run it.
We needed groceries for my daughter right as she was moving to her new apartment. They had a great selection, and the folks working were so friendly and helpful! I wish I had one of these in my town.
