Went to get ice cream and there machine I guess didn't work. Understandable these things happen
But at same time this is almost half of the menu. I gave 4 stars because of this incident usually sonic has everything and food is good.
The people here are generally nice and that makes up for a lot. The other day I was made to wait at a stall for, like, 10 min just to be asked to come through the drive through because no one could run my order out to me.... sounds like a staffing issue, but the guy was nice so..
There is always out of something or something is broken every time we go here, but this place is still amazing

Even though this Sonic is in a rough area. The service was great and the food was also excellent. Don’t pass this place due to the lack of curb appeal if you are in a pinch to get something to eat or especially to get one of their amazing slushes!!
The burger I got was messed up 3 times but the car hop jen was super nice and made it right even offered a few coupons! Great service from start to end, even thou the food was wrong, everything way hot and even fresh! :) I will definitely be back for the service especially! Great job and the car hop
