Dunkin'

Ms. Renee and all the wonderful ladies here really made my day today. My card declined and they gave me my coffee on the house while I sorted out my funds to get my breakfast. I always visit this location when my husband has to go to Vandy for kidney transplant related things and I am always taken care of in the most pleasant manner. Also, another lady with an eagle eye let me know the lid on my refill cup wasn't completely on before I left, possibly saving my day from being ruined later on. Thank you so much!

SUMMARY. I am a Vandy student who frequently finds himself here while walking between meetings/classes/buildings. Like any Dunkin', it's quick, cheap, and unhealthy. Still, it gets 5 stars from me because it is everything I expect it to be. AMBIENCE. It's not aesthetically appealing by any means, but it is in as good of a condition as I've seen any other Dunkin' Donuts. While this is not a high bar, it nevertheless does not come up short. QUALITY. Great tasting food that is high in calories, but overall satisfactory. SERVICE. Service is great, staff is polite, and I never have to wait. That being said, I'm usually here mid-morning and late-afternoon, when you would expect lines to be shortest. PRICE. VERY good price, even as far as fast food goes. I recently got a doughnut and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant for $7 all-in including tax. Tough to beat. TAKEAWAYS. Lower your expectations, as this is a fast-food establishment. Once you do that, you're experience will surely not be disappointing. The only caveat is I have never been here during the rush, so I cannot comment on their efficiency during peak hours. I come here almost everyday before work, and everyone here is so friendly and always have my stuff ready within a few minutes. And Brandy needs a damn promotion or at least a major raise because I go in beyond tired and don’t even remember my order and she has it all set up and hooks me up with an espresso shot. If Brandy doesn’t get the raise she deserves, I might have to switch to Starbucks

The customer service at this location is unmatched! I don’t live in the area, so I’ve only been here twice but each time … Bree and DJ have been awesome! All of the staff are so friendly, you can tell that everyone loves to work there. Everyone is laughing, friendly and quick in fulfilling the order.
