This quaint little place is an old Wendy's building right off Charlotte Pike. Everytime I'm on this side of Nashville since the establishment has been opened I thought, "I need to try this". Well before heading to the State Fair yesterday, my family and I decided to go and man was it a great decision.
As expected from a mom and pop setting up in an old Wendy's there is no glitz and glamour. However, the restraunt is clean and accomodating for patrons of the establishment. Along with the ample dining area the staff are so friendly and make you feel like your family; they remember regulars and feel like they're part of the neighborhood/comminity.
Now lets get to the meat of the review and that is the food. There is a wide variety to choose from; chicken falafel, philly strak, your typical gyro meat, fries, salads and other Greek classics. Not only are the ingredients fresh and great quality, but you are given good portions.
Combos/Plates start out around $8, but whatever you get and pay is well worth it in the value category. If you love gyros and Greek food I strongly recommend this gem just off the beten path. I reside in Clarksville, Tn, but this is my favorite Gyro place in Middle Tennessee.
We have been coming to this place since it opened. After the incident we were wondering if we would ever get to come again and then they opened back up. Great food with a friendly staff.

Absolutely love this place. Whenever I am in Nashville this place is a MUST EAT. Very delicious and they always take care of me and hook me up. 12/10. Will come here every visit to Nashville.
I visit these guys regularly. The food is awesome and well made. I always buy drive-thru, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.
Went today and the food was delicious. Definitely will return whenever I go back to the hillwood area. Great service and Food.
Weโre on a trip, and weโre hungry at the end of todays travels. Not want yet another burger, we searched around to see what was in our area. Pizza? Had it a few days ago. Tex Mex? Same thing. We wanted something slightly different. And then we came across this place.
Oh, it is good. The chicken has a subtle spice level and a juiciness you sometimes donโt see in this sort of place. The sliced meat was very tasty, and the rice was flavorful. It was quiet when we got there, but I think it was before the dinner rush, because there was definitely a stream of people coming in or using the drive thru, and it sounded like quite a few regulars in there.
We may not be back this way for a while, but if we do happen to be in the area at just the right time weโll definitely have to come back here again.
Had the classic gyro, they said it's Chicago's style. I didn't realize that there were different styles of gyros I thought they were all greek to me. As far as taste is concerned it tasted all right, I will try to find an original Greek restaurant that specialize in gyros.
This is my absolute favorite place for gyros. My students introduced me to it and it's a must stop when I'm nearby.

Love the food here. We missed thus place during Covid. Glad to be able to get back into the restaurant. Guys behind the counter are great and friendly. Whole family loves the food.

After building an appetite shopping at Costco and not really feeling like a hot dog, I stumbled upon this little gem as I sat at the red light waiting to turn on Charlotte Pike.
I tend to love family owned hole in the wall places and this place did not disappoint. The staff is always super friendly and make you feel like they are genuinely happy you stopped in whether dining in or going through the drive through.
The food is always excellent and I always get the namesake dish, Gyros. I would recommend the spicy cucumber salad for the side as well as having the sauce poured all over the dish. The portion you get is really healthy for $10. The gyros are served over rice and with pieces of pita bread so if you are on keto or cutting back on carbs, this is probably not the best.
The grape leaves and fries are sides I have also had which also are great, but there is something about the cucumber salad that makes a carnivore like me enjoy it.
If you want to try a place that has great food and reasonable prices, give this place a shot. I highly recommend it!

Love their gyro sandwiches. I just wish they would mix it all up in a bowl then put it in the pita bread.. the cucumber dressing doesn't get on everything like I would want it to.. other than that smiling faces and friendly people...

This place is excellent. I ordered a pretty complicated Postmates order from here yesterday with a lot of special instructions and they got it perfectly right! The food was really good and arrived hot and exactly how I had specified. Ordered it again today, I enjoyed it so much!
I really thought this place was a front for money laundering or something, but it turns out itโs a hidden gem! (and possibly money laundering lol) I get their gyro plates and theyโre fantastic, add some hummus and get a horchata and youโre golden! Plus a drive thru which is so convenient. ๐
I had the combo plate and baklava and was very happy with both. You get a lot of food for your money here and staff is very friendly with a very clean establishment. Hats off to these guys!! Loved the baklava!!!
