This is my favorite coffee shop in Nashville. The environment is perfect and created a wonderful space for meetings throughout this past semester (and will continue to do so in the future, I'm certain). The staff is kind, responsive, and constantly comes up with new, exciting, and crazy yummy offerings. They experiment with their goodies often + with fantastic results. The hours can feel limited at times, but that just makes the visits special.

Pretty much the best cappuccino I've had in Nashville. Green goddess sandwich is yum. Their delicious bread is handmade there.

I go to Slow Hand almost every day, sometimes twice a day - I couldn't love it more. The staff is awesome and incredibly friendly. The food is to die for. Even though I have my go-to favorites (looking at you basic biscuit), I know anything I try will be incredible. Audra and Nick are geniuses. If you want great coffee, delicious food, and fun people, run (don't walk) to Slow Hand.

Slow hand has the best breakfast sandwiches in Nashville. Also that coffee is on point. I can't wait to try the desserts. The dinosaur shaped animal cracks look fantastic.

Among 10+ coffee shops i’ve been for the past month, Slow Hand coffee had the best pastries. This was the best banana muffin i had and the baker/barista was really kind and patient. I came close to the closing time so more that half of the pastries were already gone but apparently their biscuits sell out first.

Quaint local coffee shop & bakery offering excellent quality coffee, homemade pastries, and friendly service! > The cream cheese cookie is a must try, bold flavor but not overpowering. It was amazing. > Lemon Poppy Seed muffin was also wonderful, natural lemon flavor was pleasant. > My iced latte had the perfect milk to espresso ratio.

We absolutely love Slow Hand, and get their pastries and biscuits at least monthly. They did a bulk order for our wedding day 5k and they were so easy to work with and the value for the food they provided was incredible. Thanks!

Quiet and quaint cafe, great for catching up with friends or family. The atmosphere is cozy and welcomes you for extended periods of time. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a private parking lot in front of the building and also behind ~ easy & FREE. II. SERVICE Accomodating III. QUALITY The Americano I ordered was very dense and concentrated ~ I was very happy it wasn't watered down. Definitely recommend the pecan shortbread cookie, we all shared one and couldn't get enough..! IV. CAPACITY Available seating for a Friday late-morning.

Let me just say...OMG!!! That Broccoli, ham and Parmesan frittata was so good that I want to slap everyone's mama. Perfect (Chef's kiss). The New York coffee cake wasn't bad, either. Why has it taken me so long to eat here? I pass here several times a week. Well...I will most assuredly be back.

First visit was to pick up this delicious King Cake! I am far from an authority on King Cakes, but I know what I like and I know when it's good. This, friends, is both. I ordered the cream cheese version and it does not disappoint! The aroma upon opening the box was a good indication that I was about to be in Heaven, and I was. Obviously fresh, fluffy, not too dense, moist (the only allowable use for this word, BTW), the right amount of sweet... Just really, really solid. Get you one! Laissez les bons temps rouler! 💜💚💛 #FoodiesOfNashville

Our first visit definately didn't disappoint!! We ordered the egg & cheese biscuit to-go. The biscuit was absolutely delicious!! Perfectly cooked, delitefully seasoned & generous portion sizes. Great addition to the neighborhood. We'll certainly be back.

My favorite go to when I want to treat myself. I had the best pumpkin muffin I’ve ever eaten in my life here. I always get a brown sugar latte or the salted caramel latte. Can’t go wrong!!

The Vegan Sweet Potato Muffin is what I come back for and their other pastries are very good. The name explains some of the experience of this shop as it usually takes me 10-15 minutes to get my drink and food, even if the line is short, so I wouldn’t recommend popping in if you’re in a hurry. However, the people are sweet and the vibe is chill, and did I mention the vegan sweet potato muffin? I’m not even vegan and I daydream of this muffin.

Cookies are unique and delicious. The ginger molasses cookie is great, as are the fudge pecan and the red velvet cookies! Chocolate chip cookie is nothing to write home about.

Visiting from Virginia Beach and I needed a quick coffee and breakfast, their biscuit literally melts in your mouth - it’s SO good. The woman who took my order was very sweet and listened to how picky I might be about my iced coffee. It’s delicious! Thank you :)

Just moved to the area and this has to be my new favorite spot. The latte I got wasn’t overly sweet, just perfect. Cream cheese sugar cookie? To die for. And the egg and cheese biscuits are incredible. Also just a really cute local place, that doesn’t feel too rushed and is overall a relaxing experience.
