I needed a small sandwich tray for a last minute event. Ashley and the owner made my day as they patiently helped me decide what would work best. The owner praised his staff by saying he had an excellent crew at moment who are pros with catering orders. He assured me that the order could be ready within 30 minutes and it was. The owner went above and beyond by loading my order into the car. The ham & turkey sandwiches were flavorful, filling, and a big hit! What a great team!

Younger group of kids that works here and usually you’d expect some unprofessionalism from that but couldn’t be further from the truth. These kids are always respectful and professional when helping any customers and the food is always delicious. Great work guys keep it up.

We love this location because they have the freshest bread of any location around Nashville & beyond! they are friendly & make the best sandwiches of any locations!!! We go every time we are at the VA, which is quiet often!

Hands down best experience at a Firehouse Subs EVER. I believe JC* was my cashier and he was nothing but polite and hospitable. After he was done helping customers, he went around to seated customers asking if they needed anything/pushed in chairs! Seriously, give him a raise. Congratulations on an awesome staff, clean restaurant, and yummy sandwiches! I frequently cater food for my work and will be catering Firehouse from here on out.

Ordered hot subs to go. It was put in the container rather than just wrapped up. So, it was in good shape and kept somehow warm even after we come back home. Meat was very juicy and tasty. Medium sandwich alone was enough for my meal without any chips or addition.
