Had the new Chipotle wrap. Everything was good and fresh. Maybe a bit too much sauce. Sauce was a bit too drippy. Was delivered to my office and wasn't well protected from the rain. Bag was soaked.

Customer service is amazing I feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. I always get the club Luna love that sandwich. They always have everything right and they are super fast. Love Jimmy John's. And the manager Amber is awesome she's so friendly she has great customer service quality.

I had never seen a delivery by bicycle before so that was too cool!😎😎 I didn't know what to order so I got the double ham and provolone sandwich with a pickle and chocolate chip cookie.
