I find this to be one of the best restaurants in the Gaylord Opryland Resort, so it's high on my list. With that said, there is often a wait. This past visit was about 20 minutes.
Ordering your food and drinks are fairly simple. We had a party of 7, and our entire order arrived with no issues. That's a great thing.
The food is always served hot and it's tasty. The portions are a good size so don't feel the need to order a lot.
I have noticed it can be difficult to get someone back to your table for simple things like another class of water or a cocktail. That should be easy.
Overall, I always stop here when I'm at the Gaylord.

What an excellent experience, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, food was exceptional, and atmosphere was super comfortable. We had the tacos which were excellent. Their chips and salsa surpassed expectations. Price was reasonable for 2, under $40 for dinner. Go visit this place.

We went for dinner here during our stay at Gaylord Opryland. The place is big and has a great ambience. You have order ahead of sitting. There was a big line ahead of us but the lady at the counter was fast in her work. We ordered vegan tacos and chicken burrito as our entrees and tortilla chips and street corn as appetizer. The menu was over expensive, May be because it is inside the resort. They had a limited menu. The quantity of the food was good and service was ok too. I was satisfied with finding vegetarian items on their small menu, so no complains.

Food was awesome! Service was archaic with one line taking orders. I was originally confused about how long the line was thinking that the place was jammed...and servers are standing around?? But the place was half empty. After asking an employee what the deal was they shared the process...you order aka...fast food, get a # and seat yourself. Then the staff serve you dinner. It would get a 5 if they had 2 cash registers open.

Pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! Atmosphere is great! And the service is an order food and sit wherever type of service so no need to wait for a server to come serve you.

We were reluctant to eat a restaurant with fewer than 4 stars but we enjoyed it! The food was really good, we were surprised. For a family resort, this was a great meal. And of course the atmosphere is lovely. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed dining at Solario! The salsa had a very unique flavor and was really good. The menu was small but made it quicker to order. The margs are to die for, they were so smooth and great flavor. They do have a kids menu even though it isn't listed on their main menu.
We didn't enjoy standing in line to order as our toddler was antsy.
Overall, we were highly impressed and didn't find it too outrageous. Yes, it was pricey but that's what happens when inside a resort.

It's a very casual place. Very good food with a limited menu. You order You meal at the entry, find a table, and the server brings your plated meal to you at the table. I got the ground beef burrito and my lady got the beef tacos. Whatever you do, you must get the Sweet Street Corn side, it is incredibly yummy!

Great Mexican Food Cantina located inside the Gaylord Opry Mills Resort. Their order before seating, helps expedite the food orders and ensures that everyone will have a table. All the seating, whether inside or out on the patio, under the resort canopy every table provides a nice dining experience. Food was very good, with a small but adequate menu. Something for everyone. I was fortunate to have Fady a superstar server. His customer service and attention to details was beyond impressive. Feliz Navidad to you and your family Fady.

Really good atmosphere and our waiter Adam was very well-trained and personable. Food is commendable. However be aware that the prices in any Gaylord resort will be higher than normal. Like beating in an airport. I believe however it is worth the extra price because the Gaylord is such a wonderful experience. I have been to serval mainly at conventions. The portions are large. It makes it very easy to split a meal if you are on a budget. That’s what we do.
