This place is AMAZING!! We were actually walking to another restaurant when we smelled the food here and turned around to dine in. Service was 10/10. Food 100/10. The owner even came out to talk to us and served us our pizza. The Capone deep dish pizza was out of this world. Such a hidden gem. If you’re thinking about trying this place, DO IT! You will not regret it. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

We been to Chicago to eat deep dish pizza many years ago. I can tell ya, 312 is spot on! Very similar to one of the top spots for deep dish in Chicago. We got a bunch of apps. Mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms, and fries. The mushrooms and that ranch is TOO GOOD. They got lots of beers and cocktails to choose from. This is a good hang out spot because they have games you can request while you wait on your pizza- just gotta ask. Parking is the worst part about it, but hey, it's in Nashville. Parking sucks anywhere. Must try if you have a craving for deep dish pizza. You won't regret it.

Saw this place on Instagram and fantasized about it all week. They did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, the 45 minute wait was only about 30. I ain't mad. They only have room for so many pizzas in the ovens- so you have to understand that they have to go and take out orders. We met the people who run the place (who were awesome) and it was definitely a welcoming environment. It was our first time but not the last. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I don't know if I'm biased because this is one of the only places I have had a Chicago-style deep dish, but I have to say it is very good! I shared a pizza with others, and they ranked it pretty high also! 6 slices in a deep dish, and 2 is enough. 3 is almost too much if you plan on doing anything after! Lol

As I entered I was met by one of the family members/ owners that opened the restaurant. When walking around the establishment, you are surrounded by walls encumbered with Chicago memorabilia. Interesting photography, posters and Chicago sports jerseys are everywhere. The staff is warm and friendly. Myself, growing up in Chicago, I was thrilled to enjoy the food my family, and friends ate years ago.

We stumbled upon this place a couple of days back and the amazing smells coming from this establishment ensured that we needed to make this a stop before the end of our trip. Our noses and tummies were right we found the best Chicago style pizza joint in Nashville. The deep dish Capone was deliciously good the gooey cheese and all the meats were oh so good! Please make this a destination if you are in Nashville in the Germantown neighborhood.

The pizza was amazing, best crust in Nashville hands down. All fresh ingredients and great sauce. I have been missing Chicago pizza and have found it! The owners and staff treated us like family! Great experience and can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

As a local to Nashville I visit a lot of restaurants in town and I have to say tonight was a breath of fresh air to encounter the people that run this restaurant. It’s rare to find a place in the city where people genuinely have pride in the product they serve, and on top of that the pizza is amazing. This will now be a regular stop when we are craving pizza!

Nice little unassuming pizza place in the Germantown neighborhood. Has both Chicago style, deep dish pizza, and thin crust. We tried the deep dish, and I have to say it was very, very good. Probably the best I’ve had outside of Chicago. We had a pepperoni and Italian sausage and the toppings were great along with the sauce which was very tasty. The cheese was gooey like you would expect on a deep dish pizza. The crust was also light enough to eat and not chewy or hard, even though it was thick. I wasn’t sure about getting Chicago deep dish in the heart of Tennessee, but it was definitely worth the visit and highly recommended. Just remember a deep dish pizza may take 45 minutes to an hour to cook so factor that in. We went at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning and it probably only took 30 minutes or so. Also, they did not have Coke or Pepsi products, and instead had some choices from a Stubborn soda company. They offer pizza by the slice but if you’re going to get the deep dish, it’s a better deal to just get an entire pie.

Undiscovered gem here in German town. The food is fabolous and service came from very knowledgeable waitstaff. Also just might be the best pizza in town...if you like it the chicago way. What blows my mind about this place is the vegan options. The owner was very sociable and kind. She explains to us that her daughter is a vegan so having those options were super important. I will be adding this place to the list of awesome German town bars to crawl through.

It was authentic chicago style deepdish pizza. Employee were so nice there and trivia was also fun. It took about 50mins to get deepdish pizza but it was worth it and it makes sense because they said they don't cook them in advance but cook it from the scratch. Pizza was really tasty even better than one I had in Chicago! Definately, will cisit again.

We had the Chicago style pizza and a Chicago dog. Great Chicago style pizza, and excellent Chicago dog. The food was top notch. They also have thin crust pizza. We went at noon, and were able to get a table. Our waiter very nice and efficient. The restaurant and the restrooms very clean. I will definitely go back. Wish I lived a little closer.

We tried 312 for the first time last night. We ordered both the deep dish and the thin crust. Outstanding pizza. The sausage was some of the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the deep dish as much or more than what I've had in Chicago. The thin crust was also fantastic. I was especially impressed with the owner who came around several times to check on our experience. Definitely on our permanent list of best pizza in Nashville!!
