Love the concept. Atmosphere was great and everyone there was nice, service was great. Definitely recommend for a relaxed breakfast or lunch stop. Cinnaon rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies, etc., come out fast. Spinach crepe and robust veggies took a long time but were worth the wait. The crepe wasn'
I love everything about this place! The atmosphere, the food and their mission of helping train formerly homeless people in the culinary arts! Their crepes are large and just perfect. My friend and I each enjoyed the Top O The Morning Crepe with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Delicious! My frien
Wonderful little coffee shop with delicious food and coffee! The atmosphere was friendly & cozy. I would highly recommend stopping here while in Nashville. The purpose behind the cafe was even more amazing. All proceeds go to the homeless to teaching them culinary skills to obtain jobs. Stop by the
Everything was amazing. They even put an egg on the burger. The only problem was the burger bun tasted old. Not fresh. Sudden being flaky and crumbly like old aged hamburger buns. I give this place an A-. Video review coming to Jack on the go show.
Such a cute place! I got the avocado smash and an iced coffee. The food was excellent and I really like the atmosphere and their mission. Surprised to actually hear Australian people in here! Very authentic 10/10
The breakfast wrap was DELICIOUS!! Definitely going back to try more šŸ˜‹ The biscuits and gravy is heavenly. Seriously the best I've ever had, such a unique flavor.
Lovely little place for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed trying a couple of the Australian dishes (the meat pie for me and the sausage roll for him). We liked knowing the mission of The Cookery is helping the homeless with jobs, food and care.
Stopped in for lunch. Sat at the only table that was large enough for our party and clean. It was pretty wobbly. Had to get our own waters. But the food was good. It came quickly and was hot. Had lunch and breakfast options all day, we had a mix and all enjoyed. Limited parking right in front which
The food was excellent and was priced correctly for the portion provided. The sausage rolls were incredible, however the chicken curry pie was just as good. I highly recommend this to anyone in the Nashville area looking to try something unique with nice ambiance.
Loved it!!! The food is amazing! Loved their non-profit.
It took a while for my whole party to receive their food, but we were with a huge party, 13-15 of us. So, it is not unexpected for a small restaurant with a cook or two. Love the atmosphere. The staff was so sweet. The food was good and so affordable! Love the mission of this place, too.
Really great service and wonderful food. The wait staff was especially attentive and professional. My chicken salad was perfect with a hint of curry just barely tasting it. My son had the ā€œWonder Blunderā€ burger and it had everything but the kitchen sink. The decor was thoughtful and being a part o
Kyle was the kindest and most friendly server. He let us adjust an order and recommended the most delish latte that he created himself! The food was really good and not overpriced (considering the location). I’d never had avocado toast before, and I’m worried the fresh bread it was on set the bar to
First time diners and what a beautiful surprise. We were greeted and treated like VIPs. Customer service is hyper-charged at this one-of-a-kind experience. Oh, the food, the food was incredible! Nailed it!!
Haven’t ever really had Australian food before but this was a great introduction. Great for coffee as well, staff are all very nice and attentive, if occasionally a little backlogged at peak hours. Definitely recommend getting gravy with the meat pie, it has some in it but I felt like it would’ve be
Their amazing food and service is only surpassed by their mission! Love that they have a prayer wall and have a giving tree filled with requests to help the homeless. Everything we ordered was delicious including dessert with homemade whip cream!
Highly recommend the chicken curry pie. The cinnamon rolls are also amazing! Fairly priced and generous portions. I recommend to anyone in Nashville who wants to try something different.
