I had dinner here last night and this was the best Italian food I have had in a while. For an appetizer, we ordered the Italian Nachos which is something we have never tried before. The nachos were amazing!! The complimentary garlic knots were delicious. I ordered the Pollo Francesca for my entree and the pasta was fresh and it came with two large chicken breasts and a lemon-based sauce. The portion size was big and I couldn't finish the meal. My husband had a classic lasagna dish and he enjoyed it. Lasagna is his very food and he is a little picky so his stamp of approval goes a long way 😄. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress did a good job. We had a 6:30 reservation and the place was about half full when we arrived. By the time we left 1.5 hours later, the place was pretty busy. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here often. We will be back during my next visit to Nashville.

I don't know if the air was out, but it was an exceptionally hot day so it's possible they were just trying to supplement and keep the restaurant cool because they had a giant fan going. That was okay. And understandable in this weather. The food was delicious. Beyond delicious. The service was pretty good, the server got a couple of things wrong like on a request for "water with no ice" she brought ice. And she did not clean up the table afterwards, leaving us with dirty dishes piled high on the table even when she walked by to go get something else. That was a little puzzling because everything else was so wonderful. We will definitely go back and would definitely recommend. Sorry for the photos of half-eaten food but it looks so delicious I dug in before I remembered to take a picture. Lol. Also, the servings were very very generous. You will almost definitely have leftovers.

It was a very cozy Italian restaurant. Went during lunch hours and it’s been very pleasant. The lady server is so sweet and accurate. They start you off with soft garlic knots and sauce. Great flavor, warm, and delicious. You can tell the food is authentic and fresh!

Food was good but nothing we ordered had the Wow factor. Some of the food we ordered lacked seasoning and flavor. The complimentary bread looked nicely baked but it was hard. Can't really complain because that was free. Service was good. Atmosphere was very romantic and nice.

I got the rigatoni pasta with mare sauce. My daughter got shrimp scampi. So good! We got 4 bread knots with sauce. Great service and delicious food. Plus, no wait to our table.

This is one of Nashville’s hidden gems! Service was 10/10. Food was 1000/10 Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly I was surprised at how much crab was in the granchia sauce And the prices will have me coming back on a regular. I don’t think I realized that I most likely have not had real Italian food in my life.

This place was pretty good. That had quite a bit on the menus. The sauce is more of “Mara Nara style” and was ok. They have several pastas to offer. And most likely the tastes were more towards their particular part of their specific Italian nationality. The food was good just a bit different than I’m used to. The restaurant has great ambiance and diner was good. The service wasn’t bad but slightly lacking.

This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. If you want amazing food for an very good price this is the place to go. I think I have tried EVERY pasta and pasta combination on the menu and have been so happy with it every time. I have taken many family and friends that come in for out of town here and they all love it as well. And the bread you get before you’re meal is to die for! I love this place.

Feels like italian Sunday night family dinner. It's got a menu that caters to your exact combinations of sauce, pasta, proteins, and veggies. Def Google some stuff on the menu because there are some great sauces that people overlook because the don't know it. Knowledgeable staff, and in my case the head chef came out and walked me through some of the combos. So ask and they will point you in the direction you want. Portions are huge so don't pack you lunch fir the next day.

Beautiful looking restaurant with tall ceilings and large wooden dining tables. The food portions are quite large and heavy, staff is also friendly. They provided me with extra bread which was awesome. I had enough food to eat as leftovers the next day. I also had an odd request of getting a tiny side of plain pasta for my pup and the hostess was kind enough to fulfill that. I'd definitely go again, if not for the food then for the atmosphere!

Quality Italian food, real Italian-American, not just pasta with tons of cheese dumped on top. You can choose the pasta and sauce to make your own or choose from other dishes. I had the butternut squash ravioli - loved it. My wife had the salmon - it was great, cooked well. The kids loved their bolognese. Very good olive oil and balsamic on the table which is rare to find. The only complaint is that one of the pieces of otherwise tasty bread we were served was a bit stale.

From the time we walked in, the atmosphere was very relaxing. Maricar greeted us and seated us, she returned with a basket of home made garlic knots. They were hot and fresh and melted in our mouths. Our entrees arrived and they were the best we have ever tasted. They really cook with love and it shows, we will be back in September. Thank you all for a fabulous experience!

I stopped by for a quick lunch, and was absolutely blown away. The Pollo Al Pesto & Tiramisu I ordered was absolutely fantastic, and some of the best food I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was incredibly nice, very warm and comforting. The service was top notch as well, with Ms. Maricar doing a wonderful job, checking on me just enough to make sure I had everything I needed, but not too much as to bother me. I absolutely will be coming back.

It’s actually a real restaurant! They make their pasta fresh and the sauce daily. Great atmosphere with good staff. The bread sticks are to die for and I don’t even like bread. So be careful on filling up on those first! We had the shrimp scampi, lasagna, ravioli, and long pasta with the spicy sauce.

We went in early as we had to travel but the food was delicious. The pasta nachos were crispy and refreshing and moved on to the main course of chicken marsala and the zucca (butternut squash) was fantastic. As a vegetarian I got all the mixed vegetables with the zucca as well. It was a great meal that we ended with cannoli. The pasta and sauces and vegetables all tasted very fresh but the cannoli didn't. It seemed congealed and I don't know....pre made perhaps? All of that said it was a great meal topped off with an excellent service by our server Maricar.

What a surprise to find this restaurant. The fresh made pasta and sauces were absolutely delicious. Our waitress was upbeat and offered great service. Definitely will have many returns in the future. I had the delightful ricotta cheese and spinach ravioli Granchio- lump crab meat and a garlic sauce. So fresh, so good!

I did not like the shrimp and ravioli with the Granchia sauce. It was fishy. I ate one bite and left the plate sitting. People with me did not like same sauce over penne pasta. One said the shrimp scampi was very spicy. All in all will not be back. Waitress did not ask how the food was, did not reply when I said NO I will not be taking this fishy mess home. Bad experience! Thankful the company was good.

I absolutely love this place. The ambiance is surprising, especially considering the location. I frequently order lunch through Door Dash and the food is ALWAYS amazing. If you love authentic Italian you should definitely try this place! ďż˝

It was our first time here and we will be back. We had a large group and had awesome service and piping hot food. The bread was nice, but would have preferred garlic bread (didn't see it on the menu). Had no room for dessert but the options sounded yummy. Thanks for a great meal!

I was disappointed in my first Mirko experience. Got take out for the family last night. The panini and sliders were over cooked and dry as dust. The French fries were undercooked and mushy. The GF pasta was ok and the salads were ok. That’s a lot of “not very good” and “just okay” for $50. I’ll give Mirko another try but they’ll have to do better to make me a regular customer.

We were sat in the busy isle away from the main dinning. There was no ambiance on that side and lots of employees running back and forth by our table with glass racks and such. The food was good but pasta was way over cooked. Would have been really good if al dente. My salad was warm but would have been delicious if chilled and chilling the plate would have been great as well. Candles on the back isle tables and being mindful of guests having dinner would make a difference.

I'm not to happy to report of a bad situation tonight. We stopped by to have dinner, after making reservations on "open table". We walked in a little before 5:15pm and saw that you weren't really busy and were almost seated immediately. After getting seated we sat in our booth for at least 15 minutes and no one came up to even check on us. We waited another 5 minutes and still no one. This was really upsetting because we enjoy driving out of our way to eat there. We wound up getting up and leaving because of the unsatisfactory service. No one even attempted to stop us and ask why we were leaving. There were 3 young ladies at the check in booth. The past couple of times we've eaten there the service has not been what it used to be and tonight was very controllable. I felt like you needed to know. Hope you'll will get back to how it used to be.
