Cheese Grits were okay and needed a lot of salt but that's because some people can't have salt so it's understandable.

I'm a huge fan of a good CB breakfast. This gets high scores for me if you love grits, pancakes and bacon...yummy. Service is top notch and the gift store is a hit with the whole family.
Admittedly though the scores for food drop for me after breakfast as I'm not as big a fan of the non breakfast selection or food taste.
They do have 20 meals under $12 though...so that's ideal for traveling.

Food tonight was pretty good, not to sure how long the casserole sat before they put it in the bowl but it had to been awhile. Other than that not horrible. Definitely short staffed at this location and it does show from the time you walk in the door to just paying for your food. Manager did great and seat me and later asked how the meal was.

Food was good, portion size average. Everyone in our party ordered breakfast. It was half hour wait for brunch during the week, even though there were many empty tables. Poor servers were running everywhere, it was obvious they were short staffed. (Had "help wanted" signs all over.) Even though they were out of breath they were still sweet and helpful. Atmosphere was nice, alot to look at on the walls. Fun gift shop to go through while waiting for a table. Will go back again when in the area.

When I have work in Music Valley, sometimes I like to pop into Cracker Barrel right when they open to grab a quick and simple breakfast. Sometimes I just want coffee and water, but usually if I pop in I'll grab a small meal. I really don't like eating this early, but friendly faces and hot coffee can warm this cold heart sometimes.
If you want a simple, affordable breakfast at 7 am, you don't have a lot of options in Music Valley. Cracker Barrel. Typically I don't like to eat breakfast, and with full disclosure, it isn't "the most important meal of the day." It's actually the only meal that Smithfield paid doctors to tell people is the "most important."
Can't say enough about how friendly the staff here are. They are kind and courteous! They will make sure you're taken care of. You can tell they really do enjoy their work. I've never had a single

The location is perfect, small walk from Fidlers Inn, food is delicious, and staff is super friendly. Even packed, it's smooth flowing. Will return when visiting!

This place was pretty good. It’s our last day in Tennessee and we couldn’t leave with out having breakfast here. I went in hunger and left ready for a nap haha. The food was good and super filling and the service was great too. The store inside the restaurant had a lot of cool stuff and my wife spent a small fortune on junk food and souvenirs. Service in the restaurant was great

Well, this is proves that some places can begin to improve. I stopped at Cracker Barrel on music Valley drive which is notorious for being very slow or no service at all. Today I'm proud to say I did not mind waiting. My server, Caitlyn , was very quick to greet me and get my drink order. Caitlyn was also waiting on a large table so my food order was slow coming out but that happens. It was a very large table ahead of me.
As for the Shrimp n Fish sampler platter; not very good at all. Shrimp n fish both soggy which isnt a good thing. I will give the broc cheese casserole props.
Of biscuits are good!!

We didn't mind the wait for our food but when it arrived everything was a tad below lukewarm. The sausage gravy was tasteless and didn't have enough sausage in worth mentioning. The eggs were almost cold and the potato casserole was thick and dried out. They were busy but there is still no excuse for serving food that is not hot. It'll be a long time before we go back to this Cracker Barrel or any Cracker Barrel for that matter.

Haven't eaten the food yet, I'm sure it's delicious but the slowest service that I have ever experienced. We are a party of 11 and we were sat separately, tables near each other were available. Half our group is finished eating, sitting for about an hour already and the food just got here. Food isn't even hot.

Food and service so bad that I didn't even get to shop because my husband was too angry. Burnt food, order incorrect and very slow. The manager was very courteous though and quick to give us a discount for the inconvenience.

From the sweet soul at the front of the store waiting to take our names for reservations to our server who understood that we didn’t have a clue what was grits, southern gravy on biscuits(?), to our gal at the cashier taking our purchases. What a place, what an education & what food!!!! Just 👏. Clearly our first time, clearly not our last. Happy Western Canadians us two visiting Nashville for the first time!!

We were in Nashville for a gymnastics meet. We love Cracker Barrel so we decided to eat there since it was close to our hotel. Best idea we had. We were seated and then our server came and greeted us. Roberta was her name. Friendliest smile and personality of a server we’ve ever had!!! She made conversation with everyone at the table. Our food came out promptly. It was delish (as usual). Roberta delivered our bill and cleared the table.

We traveled through Nashville for a night and ate breakfast here, Saturday 03/24/2018. Hospitality was second to NONE. Siobhan was our waitress, never had such a good time at a restaurant. When my family of 8 left, we talked about her for the rest of the day. If you are lucky enough to be put in her area, than good for you. She was so at ease and wonderful to talk to. Thanks Siobhan!!!
