A great place to hear some traditional country music, have a cold beer and good food. If you're lucky enough to have Angelica as your waitress, ask her to get on stage. Not only is she a fantastic waitress, she's an even better singer. Thanks Angelica!
So very happy to have wandered into the Nashville Palace. We had been downtown doing Ryman Opry (also excellent) and then hit the bars on Broadway Street (very expensive and crowded). The next day we stopped in at The Nashville Palace, late morning. I think Dave Cox was playing solo. What a joy, real country music and tap beer for $3.00 (I think they are 20 oz. Glasses). Dave was followed by John England, again another artist that does not need back up singers to sound great. We were staying at the Wyndham which is about four blocks from the Palace & Gaylord Hotel. One afternoon there were only six people in the Nashville Palace, which means you could actually hear the music! Almost forgot, the food is excellent -- and reasonably priced. If you're going to Nashville, try this place first!! No cover charge for the totally free area in the bar. Music starts at 11AM and goes to 2AM. Friendly staff, free parking!!, and a small area for inside dancing. Also they have a huge ballroom for larger venues. 🤠

Nashville Palace is a must stop! A great atmosphere, food was awesome and Angelica the waitress is a sweet girl and a talented singer. We are a group of 16 Canadians and we stopped in a couple times a day to listen to the great Country music!!
This place is amazing! The best BBQ Nachos we have ever found, great service and great atmosphere every time we come here! Thank you!
We stopped here years ago and always remembered it being one of our favorite little "secrets" of Nashville. The open air concept, fabulous food, acoustic entertaining people all day, professional wait staff, rich history, no waiting for hours for a table, and family atmosphere. Well we finally made our way back and brought some family with us and I'm
Pleased to say it was everything I still remembered. It is such a nice break away from the hustle, rudeness that Broadway has turned into- this is the "heart" of Nashville.
Having lunch at the place where Randt Travis got his music start. Eating wings while listening to live music.
The food was great (I had the biscuit dinner with Nashville hot chicken. First time I ever had succotash!) had a spicy bloody Mary which was wonderful. The band was excellent. Great place!
Fab place to go for great country music and well priced beer great food as well .
If you're coming to Nashville, you have to go to the Palace! We've loved it! Also, Angelica Grim is a wonderful waitress and also an amazing singer...What a sweetheart! The food is delicious too! Visit the Palace...I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
Loved the place, great music , good food, the bar tenders were great
Outstanding venue for dancing to country music. On Fridays George gives line dance lessons and it’s excellent. Great fun atmosphere and friendly people. Plus there are two separate sections/bars. The front one has live music and traditional country dancing and the larger back bar has a country DJ with line dance lessons.
Armored MMA did not disappoint. Who knew a country joint could be so versatile. Some fun high energy medieval combat and then we walked out to an incredibly talented singer performing sad, sad country songs:-) You really can have the best of both worlds in Music City:-)
It was an unplanned stop, but we were pleasantly suprised. Very friendly and fun atmosphere! If ever we are back in Nashville, definitely will be at the top of our revisit list!
Awesome hole-in-the-wall, authentic feeling spot! Loved the atmosphere, the decor, the staff and the live music! Food was okay. Menu was inventive.
Really fun place with a large dance floor! We went on a Saturday night for the line dancing and it was packed. I personally don't like trying to dance in that big of a crowd but I'm sure we came at a popular time so nothing we can do about that. :) They do have an upstairs as well for people who aren't wanting to stay down in the main crowd. Would recommend .

I enjoyed eating at the Nashville palace. We went midday on Black Friday and it wasn't too busy, the lady who was singing was very good, and we enjoyed our burgers. It seemed like they only had one person working the bar/entire floor, but she was kind and helpful. We had no issues with our order, and the outdoor area was nice to sit in.
We are in the 50-60 age range and we loved the place- fun environment- bar food was good. The dancing 💃🏼 floor was awesome. We will be back during the week to see if we can relearn dances on a slower pace. It felt good to be back on a line dance floor!!

WOW great place food is good and the bar is good. The best part is they always have live music and it’s always good 👍
We love this place! Great live country music all day here. Servers were very good, Musicians were amazing even during the day.
Small place with a cool vibe. Musicians were pretty good too. Food and drinks were just ok and prices decent. Service was super slow when we went (maybe short-handed?) We sat outside and the music was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk (so can't imagine being indoors). Sadly, that took away from the experience.
