Excellent representation of TN BBQ. Ribs are seasoned really well, and they really don’t need a sauce. I ate about half dry and half with the mild sauce. The mild sauce knocked some of the bite of the dry rub down a notch and gave it a bit more balance.

Walking in, the line was to the door and the place was packed. They steadily ran through the line in about 12-15 mins and my food was ready in about 5 minutes. Everything fell off of the bone and had an excellent dry rub. The white sauce was very good and the medium BBQ sauce was just tangy enough.
