Been closed since the pandemic but there is a cooler outside that you can select your pie and put your money in the mailbox. The grape pie is to die for but you must bake it off.

Self service for the pies and jam. Pies were in the cooler and the jams were in the cabinet. Just leave your money in the bird house

I’ve always ordered in advance to make sure they have what I’m looking for. My wife grew up in Canandaigua, and is very familiar with Monica’s and the Naples Grape scene. So I occasionally get her a grape or peach pie; one of each if I can’t decide. The chicken pot pie makes an amazing quick and easy dinner too. Keep a few in the freezer. Store bought brands cannot compete.
Highly recommended - if you’re even near Naples, you should stop in!
I’ve been eating Stouffers for lunch or dinner lately- chicken pot pies (cpp), and they are edible if not great. I realize that is not a glowing review, but Stouffers is not the source I came here to review. Monica’s is the best source I,ve found for pies of any sort. If you want a freshly cooked pie, you can order the same day and wait for it. For a frozen pie, they suggest you order it at least 1 day in advance.

Ok, so this is kind of an update post for anyone trying to figure out if Monica's is open or closed... The week of October 24th, there were grape pies available to be purchased in the cooler in front of the store. I TOTALLY lucked out one day and happened to run into (possibly Monica?) who sold me a Dutch Apple Crumb pie (hands down, the BEST I've ever had!)
It looks like they're open, but with extremely limited availability... So it's really a luck of the draw right now... But if you're looking for the grape pie, you'll be luckier than most! Just make sure you bring cash!

I always ride to Naples NY to get Strawberry Rhubarb pie when I visit HOME. I absolutely love the fresh baked pies.

They sold both savory & sweet pies the day we were there. Large (4-6 servings) & small (1-2 servings) pies were available. She sells fresh, frozen, and ready to bake pies.
COVID-19 restrictions were in place.

Right now everything is based outside due to COVID. Bell to ring for service through the window. Everything you need is just moved. Still have a large menu and plenty of options to chose from. Plenty of parking as well. I wanted to try the chicken pot pies but didn’t bring enough money! Pies are a bit pricey ($17) but we’ll worth it. They have homemade jams as well. Cards accepted which was a huge plus.
