Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They never make my drink right so I always waste my money. The girl with all the piercings is the only one that makes it right. I literally only get a French vanilla iced coffee with cream & sugar. But she hasn’t been there in a while. So a lady who apparently is the manager? Has been there & she messes up my drink EVERY time. She’s horrible. Ontop of that she’s not friendly AT ALL.

I went inside and waited for 5 whole minutes before someone walked up from the very back of the store to help out. The iced coffee tasted like water and you couldn’t even taste the flavorings added. They also messed up the munchkins order. Will never be returning.

This morning we bought the donuts with my family and I don't know if the women at the cacher with the blue short was the the manager ,not only she was unpleasant but we thought bother her, fortunately the employee were awesome

I tried this location for the first time today. I ordered what I usually order and received completely different results. My coffee had no sugar syrup in it. The bacon that I ordered that is supposed to be packed with seasoning..had no seasoning and was cold and hard. Finally, the bagel that I ordered was mismatched. It had the right top, but the bottom was from a different kind of bagel. I was disappointed with the coffee and the bacon, but I was at least expecting the bagel to be the same top and same bottom. What a way to start my Friday morning! I just can not believe that the employees deem this service acceptable.

Was served a watered-down cold brew and when I went back to get it replaced at 7:45, the workers had locked the door and stared right at me to tell me to mouth they were closed. When the sign said they closed at 8 PM. It was a very frustrating experience. Another guy sat at the drive-thru for 10 minutes and they never came to to even acknowledge him. It was 7:50 pm

I went through the drive thru this morning to grab a cup of coffee and I was shocked at the nasty disposition the majority of the crew had. I understand that our jobs can be difficult at times, but it’s best to at least try and act like you care about the customers. The young lady that took my order was more concerned with what was in her phone than anything else. I greeted her as I pulled up to the window, and when I left. To my surprise, she said absolutely nothing to me. But there was one individual that stuck out like a sore thumb, because she was so kind hearted. A young lady by the name of Josephine handed me my order and all I can say is she is the epitome of what customer service looks like! She greeted me, wished me a happy new year and generally looked excited to be at work. I can’t speak for anyone else in that building, but as for Josephine she is a true gem. Thank you Josephine for being the ONLY kind individual this morning. You made my day!

my boyfriend always goes to this dunkin and for the first time they almost didn’t give them my hashbrowns every after they paid . please don’t let this happen again . overall everytime i get my hashbrowns they are amazing .

Drive-thru was slow but coffee was great as usual. And always wonder why people can't follow directions on the sign and not block the crosswalks just because no one's there when you start doesn't mean someone won't come
