I attended an event at The Collective in downtown Naples last Thursday evening and I have to say that Fire and Rice Paella was the star of the event!!! The paella was delicious, full of flavor and offered in both seafood and chicken options (and not skimpy with the ingredients!) and the folks preparing and serving were so very pleasant and fun! As the event was winding down they made take away boxes for attendees which I thought was a nice touch. If you ever need a unique catering option this is the one to choose!!

The paella was incredibly delicious, and that’s coming from a Miami native with tons of experience in paellas. The quality and the ingredients were superb, the presentation was beautiful and everyone was impressed. We enjoyed the paella for a family birthday party, Paul and Colleen were resourceful, independent, organized and could not be any friendlier or nicer. This also allowed my wife, who is usually busy cooking during our dinner parties, to be able to enjoy the occasion and more fully partake in the entertaining. Looking forward to the next entertainment opportunity to have Paul back. Thank you Paul for making the day truly special. I highly recommend.

Chef PAUL catered our daughters first birthday party. We cannot say enough about his professionalism. We remained in constant communication up until the day of the event and even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. Our guest loved the experience of seeing him cook the paella in front of them. Everyone would not stop raving about how amazing the paella tasted he even left us a few left over boxes! I discovered Fire & Rice at the farmer's market on Marco Island. I coordinated an event for 12 at our house and I can only say it was absolutely fantastic. It was not only a unique dining experience over the holidays, but it was some of the best paella I have ever had. Our chef for evening, Tom, was great! Looking forward to our next event with Fire & Rice.

Paul and the team presented a delightful presentation for our Paella by the Pool party. Thank you for being a part of the auction items for the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum “Under The Sea” benefit. They arrived on time and were very professional in setting up and willing to help with our last minute table set up. All the food was top notch! Fresh salad! Paella was the star - everyone loved it and dessert was excellent. Guitar music throughout the evening added to the ambiance. As the evening progressed - they quietly cleared their equipment and I didn’t even know they had left! Fortunately my husband did so he could thank them all! We will definitely do another party with them again and highly recommend them for large groups! It was a special fun evening.

Chef Paul was amazing. He arrived on time, set things up and we barely knew he was there. There are no words to describe the paella.....absolutely fabulous and the guests could not stop talking about it. He even boxed up the leftovers for everyone to take home. Spectacular food and service!! Highly recommend!!!

Chef Paul catered our small wedding this past weekend and I was blown away from start to end with the food and their service! They went above and beyond and our guests were blown away by how tasty and fun the experience was of having fresh cooked paella in front of them! They packaged all left overs and quietly left us the invoice. BEST choice of having them cater our wedding!!
