By far the most pleasant and freshest Panera in the 239. I find myself coming to a lot of different Panera Breads very frequently because of Sip Club perks and the need for a great environment with Wifi to study at, however, though this location in particular is one of the further locations away from my home, I continue to come back to this one, and with reason. Out of all of the locations I have gone to, this location by far has the freshest food, and is the only Panera Bread that I have seen that actually toasts and warms up their bread sides before giving them to customers. The employees are on another level as well-- Mark is always super friendly and carries a warm welcoming smile, Drew is always very polite and super nice, and I have noticed keeps very busy in keeping the place tidy. Though seeing Angel mostly in the back, I can tell that he brings a positive working environment for his employees, which, in return, very much reflects on the customers' experience when visiting this location. Many of my lengthy study sessions have resulted in me staying in here almost right up to close, and not once have I felt pressured or asked to leave, no matter how close they were to closing (very much unlike the Panera Bread at Tarpon Bay, where I get dirty looks if I come in for a mobile pickup order 20 minutes before closing). The music choice at this Panera Bread is great as well. I will continue going to this Panera Bread and will keep choosing them over the plentiful of closer locations to my home.

Panera Bread in Naples, FL is a family-friendly gem, providing somewhat affordable prices, great soups and salads, and a nice atmosphere for lunch or dinner. With multiple visits to various Panera locations, I'm always impressed by the consistent quality. It's my preferred choice when traveling.

Panera Bread consistently delivers a refreshingly delightful experience. The freshness of their food and coffee is unmatched, providing a consistently satisfying taste with every visit. However, what truly sets them apart is their exceptional staff; their friendly demeanor and attentive service elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.

Panera is always really good! A large variety of options so you will probably find something that you like here. The bagels here are delicious, my personal favorite is the Asiago because the cheese tastes so good on it when it is toasted. They also have great sandwiches like the Tuna, the Chicken with avocado, and the toasted steak which are all amazing. And the soups here are perfect, the broccoli cheddar is our personal favorite, and it gets even better with the baguette they give you as a side or even the Large Asiago bread that they make which you can purchase from their bakery. They also have plenty of desert and drink options if you like to have sweets. Panera is a good, if slightly expensive option if you are in the areađ

I frequent here for breakfast and lunch. Drive thru staff is always on the ball. Dining indoors, the staff is hit or miss. The food, drinks and pastries are always good though. Indoor space is clean and has several seating options, plugs and reliable Wi-Fi.

Service is quick and food is great. Haven't had a soup or salad that has disappointed. The smoothies and fraps are pretty tasty as well. Haven't tried the sandwiches but I'm sure they do not disappoint.

Friendly clean place to eat. Brand new place as they moved to a location with a drive thru. This is not fast food people. Go to McDonalds if you want fast.

The Location is in a desirable place, the food is great and the staff is superb. The atmosphere was a bit dull but overall a good place to get breakfast or lunch.

Anthony and Amanda are extremely helpful and gracious employees! I called to put in a catering order for the next morning and the catering expert had already left, but they were both really patient and friendly. I ordered 36 bagels and 30 pieces of pastries and they walked through every, single option with me. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration!

I live nearby so I come here rather often and I generally like my experience here! Some small complaints like them being out of coffee or if they have it it's sometimes cold but it doesn't happen all the time so I can let it slide
However I can see that everybody is giving it their all here (especially the kitchen they move fast!) and they're very friendly. Very nice place!
Also its free Wi-Fi it's amazing to have.

See update below this: Iâm sad to say this North Naples Panera may be the most unfriendly Panera Iâve ever been to. I got there at 11:30 a.m on a Weds. There were 3 people in line. The order taker acted as if it was a favor to take my order and was unhelpful in the process. She forgot to give me the cookie I added to the order. The food was delivered to the table without a smile or a word.
The bread on a sandwich was wrong and I took it to the window to ask for a change. The workers barely looked up, took the sandwich, switched out the bread and handed it back - no comment, no smile. Iâve always loved Panera and am a member of the loyalty program, but for me good food doesnât overcome bad service. I wonât go back to this location.
Iâm glad to update that much has changed at this Panera. I did go back and found great service. The curbside pick up service is very efficient and orders have been accurate. What a difference a year makes! Iâm happy to change the rating from 1 to 4 stars.
