My husband and I enjoy a weekly Starbucks run in the evening for a good drink and this week Emma made our tradition an absolutely fantastic experience! My husband wanted to try out something new and she so kindly walked him through putting together the perfect drink! When we got up to the window she let us know we had enough stars to use on merchandise….AND that her truck had just left from delivering a big batch of the coveted holiday cups! She brought an armful up to the window while I contemplated which one would come home with me. We had a wonderful chat while she rang us up with a smile. Thank you Emma for you incredible attitude and above average customer service! I love my cup!

Okay. I am biased. This location is kinda of a local hangout as doesn’t have the traffic flow of a main road through town. There is a drive thru and it actually goes through the building. Kinda neat.

Met my out of state home buyer at this location in Naples off Davis Blvd to do a consultation before heading out for the day to look at new construction in the area. The service is great, but if busy, can be a Hassel. You order at one end pick up at the other. The one thing that makes sense to me is they ask your name which helps keeping orders straight. I like Starbucks, a little pricey but hey it's only paper painted green, besides if it is consistency you want, then price is not a factor. Enjoy....

best starbucks i’ve ever been too! i don’t commonly leave reviews but this one deserves 5 stars. the atmosphere was amazing and the beta fish made me smile. i ordered a passion tango tea lemonade sweetened around one o’clock on a sunday and i was in and out of there soooo quickly w exactly what i needed

I go here daily and I rarely ever miss. The crew here is fantastic andy drink is frequently made before I get to the counter to pay. I have had Starbucks all over the world, but this group of wonderful people are like family!
I'm missing the former manager Colin who just left after 7 years to pursue a career with Audio of Naples. So, enjoy your coffee with the gang here and then go to Audio and look at the really nice line of cars they have! While you are there, please be sure to tell Colin Scott sends his best!

I have had the pleasure of coming to this location for over a year now. The service is exceptional and the staff makes you feel at home! Carlos Z. and Josh A. are amazing baristas and always know ahead of time what delicious drink I will order :) This location is top notch and I would recommend everyone to check it out!
