I ordered my food online directly from the 5 Guys website and when I arrived to pick it up, there was some sort of miscommunication and they had to make my order on the spot. The manager issued me a refund and the food came out quickly, I appreciate this gentlemen and I think he handled the situation like a true professional, awesome job on a busy labor day!

Very good! Always fresh! Haven’t been to Five Guys in years and it was still as good as I remember it. I wish they offered chicken too but oh well! Doesn’t deter me!

Today my wife mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. She ordered a pretty big size dinner for the two of us and was intended for radio Road however she sent it to Pine Ridge after talking to the managers not only did I not have an issue with getting my order transferred to the other location but when I got to the radio Road location the manager Eli was completely outstanding, amazing, and wonderful as well as all the employees. Extremely busy location and they were not only on top of it but they went out of their way to give me the best service possible.

Five guys burgers was good. I think they were yummy burgers and good fries. I think it is an expensive place to eat. And the portions in my opinion are small in ratio to the cost.
At this location, the bathroom had no lights, all bulbs were out. The floor of the restaurant and bathroom were very filthy and sticky. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
I think management should pass by more often to see how it’s franchise is doing.

The food is always great when I order here. They are always consistent with their food quality. Their only downside is their prices I understand it's because of inflation but still for that price for a burger. I only come here now for the fries whenever I'm making burgers at home.

Five guys is amazing. The fries and burgers are always amazing. The thing I like about this location is that they serve milkshakes here the other five guys locations that I have been to do not as far as I know. The food came out fast and the staff were very friendly.

I call this "medium fast" food. Not about the quality, but about the speed. Your hamburger is cooked to order. Just the way you want it with the trimmings that you pick. The burgers are big. Consider the "small" burgers. The fries are fabulous! Seriously good and they give you lots of them. Five Guys costs a little more than the other chains, but their quality and taste is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Thank you a million for being so kind. Unfortunately I was having the worst day and accidentally ordered to another five guys all the way in Cape Coral. Thankfully Juli overheard the conversation and helped me solve the issue at hand. I frequent this location and aside from always being clean and the food has always been great. When I noticed the cooks not cooking but we still didn’t have our order, I asked. Cook picked up our burger bag and said they were waiting for fries. He dropped a basket in the fryer. Everything was delicious and we did not wait long. I was actually happy to know the fries were hot and fresh!

I can’t recall a bad experience at any Five Guys location. This Five Guys location has a great staff and consistently makes the food awesome! Only negative is the outrageous price for a cheeseburger. For a regular cheeseburger, drink, and fries; it’ll set you back almost $20.
