Service was excellent 👌, but food was like any other fast food chain
Good burger and blizzard shakes , new building nice and clean always a plus for .
We had some mini blizzards, which we enjoyed in our car in the parking lot. Not bad. But oddly they keep their washrooms locked and we had to ask staff to let us use one.
The restaurant was crowded and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes from the time I came in to when I got my food.. but it was fresh. They should have additional staff when it's that busy but I enjoyed everything else. Customer service was fairly good. Good food not thrown together.
Great everything but why oh why is the bathroom locked and requires a key, as if Naples was a ghetto or something?! Very strange. I’ve like never seen a hobo in Naples. Perhaps the owner is from the city?
Always busy, exceptionally this Memorial Day weekend. Standing room only for service. Staff was friendly, smiles and working hard to get treats out to customers quickly 😀.
Pretty good on quality, I had to order four extra scoops of Oreo for my Oreo blizzard to get the consistency right to what I'm normally used to.. be ready to wait in line a little bit because this place is always packed, even up till 9:00 p.m.
Clean, fast service and ample indoor seating for a quick bite.
It get super busy on weekends. Wish theyd have more staff so the staff they do have isnt overwhelmed. The gentleman that was our cashier was very polite and friendly even when there a rush of customers.
