Ordered a white pizza to go which has four cheeses and garlic. It was well prepared and tasty. Check the cheeses to make you like them all. Service was fine and the pizza came out in the time specified. This restaurant is part of a hotel. It gives a sports bar feel with multiple TV's around for viewing.

This place is AMAZING!!! Didn't want to leave the Gulf Coast Inn so decided to try this place, it was so good we went there 2 times for dinner, and a 3rd time for a take-out desert for my husbands birthday. (in the span of three days). Tami was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome, very knowledgable about the menu and everything she recommended was fantastic! We are kind of "picky" about our pizza and the one we had was most definitely at the top of our list. The crust was perfect and the toppings were very fresh, plenty of cheese and it came out hot! Not one complaint about this place! Tami was kind enough to include a birthday candle for the desert I ordered to-go, it might seem like a "small thing" but was a very unexpected nice gesture on her part as I didn't think to bring any. ALL of the deserts we had were delicious, but I think my favorite was the SeaSalted Carmel Cheesecake (in photo). They also have a very nice wine/beer/cocktail selection including a very good Limoncello! I also wanted to mention that they have trivia on Thursday nights that is a lot of fun! This place is great! Thank you Tami and Vesuvio's for the great food and drink, hospitality and making it a great weekend! Do not change a thing and we will definitely be back!!!!
It's a bar/cafe, which is cute, there is enough lighting to see what you're eating, Holly the lady behind the bar/counter is super nice and friendly. Thanks for the suggestions and conversation!
Second time trying their cheese pizza. Ask for light on the cheese or else it's very heavily applied. Sauce and crust excellent! Nice beer on tap. Good piped in music that is at perfect decimal. Totally enjoyed our evening and left happy. We plan on making it a weekly/biweekly stop.
Go see Tami at Vesuvio's in Naples. The food was great and Tami was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks Tami!!!
Garlic knots were delicious, antipasto salad was delicious and the Stromboli was so worth the money. We split all that and wings with three people and had left overs.
This place had the Best pizza in Naples, hands down..

Tammy is an excellent waitperson!!! She is commended for being able to remember names of repeat customers, their orders, etc. She also consistently and constantly is listening intently for the customers to say something to her and then she follows through with speed and accuracy.
Tami was our server was so wonderful and friendly. We ordered a large vesuvio's special pizza...IT WAS DELICIOUS! The crust was crispy and chewy at the same time. Lots of delicious toppings and stringy cheese!

Service was terrible! Rude staff with one waitress/ bartender in particular. Food wasn't bad but overpriced for the quality and especially the service. If you are local and drink, it's probably great. But enjoy your lousy attitude...

A hop, skip, and a jump from Harold's Place, Vesuvio's is a budget friendly little Italian bar located on Gulf Coast Inn (it is also abut Fujiyama, the ol' hibachi place). You might be sus when you pull into the hotel, but is off of the lobby. (Google maps is not very accurate when guiding people... It is a right turn going south right off of 41/Tamiami Trail.)
Everytime I describe Vesuvio's to others, they are like... "Oh, the sushi place!". Well. I suppose yes, but no. I guess it is the same location of what was previously a suhsi place?
Anyway. The place is like neighbourhood sports bar meets hole-in-the-wall Italian restaurant. It is still bar food more or less, yes... But! The pizza tastes pretty legit and it's huge... Great quantity for the price.
The staff is consistent and they'll quickly learn your preferences and have always been quick to recognize a familiar face.
Did I mention budget friendly? Garlic knots and friend ravioli... Add them to a couple of drafts and you will still be under 30 bucks.
Great food and great service. Stopped for dinner after a busy day. Had to start with their amazing antipasto salad and garlic knots. thrn we ordered eggplant par.esan and it was enough for me, my mom, and hubby to split. Had the leftovers for lunch today. Brought a pizza and mozzerella sti ks home for our 16 year old and not a crumb left. Please give them a try and say hi to Tammi. Great server!
We went here Saturday August 20, 2022. We ordered there large specialty pizza. It was amazing. The sauce is perfect and toppings plentiful. The crust is perfect stone fire style. Now the service was over the top. It was my sister and my new nieces birthday early in the week and the bartender brought out a awesome brownie for them to share. Tami is her name and she was a pleasure to be served by. Can't wait to go back.
We were hoping for delivery, but only dine in or take-out was available. The other extremely frustrating experience was in calling to place an order. The phone rang once and then our call was immediately answered with a recorded message about the restaurant, address and also their phone number (which we just called) and then it ended. Only by calling maybe 12 or 13 times did someone answer but it was so loud where they were, they had to yell at others to quiet down. We place our order, the pizza was ready exactly when they said. The 4 or 5 people inside were friendly and the pizza was hot and delicious.
What a great establishment! We had a birthday celebration here, the space was perfect and working with Tony and his staff was a delight! The food here is absolutely delicious, with quality ingredients. Tony the owner/operator is the actual one in the kitchen producing everything that comes out of the kitchen, pure dedication! Thank you for an all around awesome experience!
