Great customer service, the manager who I need to give a special thank you for the smile and greeting . I wish many of the Naples Restaurants IE: Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's employees follow her lead. I had the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich. OMG delicious. My wife had the Tasty Turkey Sandwich,

Great breakfast sandwiches in wide variety and desserts. Coffee, tea, and other drinks. Great service and honest. I left my phone and they made sure I got it bach imnediately. Eazy location to access.

We got bagels here in the morning and it was a pleasant experience. Their pumpkin bagel is delicious highly reommend! Great to have now with the season and a great start to the day morning! Service could be a better!

Everyone is very polite. The big breakfast box it a good bargain to feed a group quickly.

Very nice encounter with the lady that seemed to run this place. She even brewed a last minute batch of the great vanilla-hazelnut coffee just for us before closing down. We came back next day before heading south on our road trip. Einstein is always a great start in the day.

Good standby bagel place. Not as good as nonchain ny bagel stores but easy to find and decent bagel sandwiches at decent price.

Busy with several in line in front of me, but the line moved quickly. Pleasant speedy service with my order filled perfectly! This location has tap to pay to further speed things up.

One of my favorite places for decades

Delicious egg and cheese bagels, and they have cold brew coffee which is a plus at noon in Florida. The wait staff could have been friendlier, but the food made up for it. It also smelled very smokey. Overall good place for a snack.

Overall was a great experience. Service is a bit slow because they are short staffed due to Covid. They do have signs posted stating this. Not a big deal. It's worth an extra few minutes of waiting. Staff is nice and quick to make your order after its placed. Thanks

I've been eating Einstein bagels for the last 20 years. Their bagels are fresh and Always delicious. I recently had a pumpernickel with lox, onion, tomato and cream cheese...so good!
