My daughter and I were looking for a wholesome tasty lunch and decided to try Cracklin Jack's. We had never been there but had seen it under renovations. It was fantastic!! It is a bit out of the way but worth it. We sat outside, where there is smoking and non smoking areas. The smell of cigarettes

But seriously, the catfish bites app was really good with unforgettable cornmeal inspired breading, and the fried chicken with crispy skin!!!

Food was great 👍 we had country fried steak,onion rings and hamburger sliders just that the service wasn't too good.Our first time there the waiter didn't tell us about the salad bar but later we hear the same waiter telling the other guest everything about the salad bar smh 🤦.
New location, I loved the old one for the vibe, but this one is good too! We go for the frog legs & gator bites. I love taking out of town friends here.
Food is good and portions are plentiful. Our server was super busy but pleasant. The tiki hut is pretty cool and they have a bar and TV back there. Only thing is people smoke back there if that bothers you. They have indoor seating if so.
First time here and I gotta tell you the staff flows seamlessly. Our server was busy and another swept in and grabbed our empty glasses and bottles. Confirmed the specialty drinks and boom just like that I had another beer in front of me. That's quality service in my book.

Fried Chicken was excellent, I got the mashed potatoes and slaw. Mashed and white gravy were excellent. Hush puppies were delicious. Atmosphere inside is clean but boring. Looked like a really cool outside bar that I would choose in cooler weather.
Had a very slow start. Party of 6, we were quickly sat, but then "forgot about" for at least 10 minutes. After that rough start things got on track. Food was very good from the vittles to the main course. We ate inside, but the patio/tiki/bar area out back looked awesome. Great food large portions.
First and foremost I want to say that the staff there are some of the best, anywhere. Every single staff member we encounters went above and beyond. I mentioned to my wife that it was nice to see a business where the staff seem to genuinely happy to be there. The food is like nothing I have ever had
Clean bathrooms, clean dining area. I had frog legs and gator, with hush puppy and mashed potatoes. Awesome. So good. Waiter was so kind and helpful, he made the experience even better.
This place has the best southern food in Naples!

Sat outside to listen to live music. Music was ok. Ordered a sangria pitcher that was pretty good. Order the fried catfish dinner with 2 sides and a muffin. Wife ordered country fried pork chop. Both meals were tasty.
ATMOSPHERE:
I’ll give the atmosphere a 10 out of 10! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, the place was clean, and the service was fast and efficient.

Love this hole in the wall southern food gem. If you’re looking for a taste of the Everglades with a touch of southern food and BBQ then come and eat here. The pic below is of the you pick 2 Cat fish and Gator Nuggets which were delicious.
This place is awesome! My husband and I are here visiting for a couple weeks and came across Cracklin’ Jacks on Google-specifically for the gator.
