Review Bonefish Grill - Naples

Over the weekend I was on a retreat in Naples with over 30 women. However, the staff was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Christian and Jordan were down to earth and displayed a great sense of humor. The experience was so good, it has inspired me to try the one in my city. To top it off the dessert just melted in our mouths, it was so delicious!

Tasty food. Tasty drinks. Great service. We went around 2pm and it was slow, so service was actually better than great. Really happy to have found this place open too at this time. I ordered the tacos and they were delicious, portion big for $16.

Went out on a weekday, there was no long wait, the server was nice, though he was very busy, he did forget to keep our drinks filled, and was late getting the appetizers out right with no time to finish before the main meal came out.. but I am always willing to give a server the benefit of the doubt, for he may had a bad day, family issues or?? Though he wasn't prompt on getting food or the drinks out in timely manner he was friendly and personable when we did see him.. the fish & chips ( I substituted with mash potatoes was delicious ) the crab dip was not my favorite, though the chips served with it, awesome..but coming from the barrier islands of NC I am a bit more picky on my seafood, so the tuna ahi" appetizer" was a pleasant surprise and the best I've ate anywhere..and the other food ordered was good.. we even did dessert which though we did feel rushed I can only assume and guess since it was nearing closing?.. though.. with others sat and still waiting on their meals it was disappointing to feel after spending so much on appetizers, dinner, cocktails and dessert that we didn't receive the best service... but because we come from a tourist beach area on the beautiful beaches and islands of the NC Outer Banks... we tipped more than maybe deserved 35% which I think was "above more than fair" ...but again I gave the benefit of the doubt to our server since everyone has "off days"..or can be stressed at the end of a night.. ( which if more attentive more drinks and food would probably been ordered, keep I mind..thats less tip and tipping as we do it would had been worth the servers time..but the main thing that was upsetting for me as a "many year Google reviewer" and influencer..was after dining and requesting at several times for takeout containers and a bag to carry it,, which was silly that I had to ask 3 different workers to receive, and then treated though I was intruding.. so walking out and taking some informative shots of the restaurant, times ect and of course the beautiful area.. there was a young woman, or perhaps she was the assistant manager? Whom did rudely come rushing out startling me, asking what I was taking pictures of? and appearing quite hostile.. wow,, integration after dining is a new for me, lol.. but I calmly explained I was writing a review on the "delicious food & giving kudos" with my pictures of the area... it was odd to be treated that way..again..I've lived in the richest community in NC and can't remember our servers at any restaurant being so forgetful ,( for it wasn't crowded, so forgetful even with the arrival of just bringing the bread at beginning of visit, and drinks 10mins after? which I had to request a couple times? Well, others wouldn't write quite so nicely? Was I disappointed with the food? No..was the service subpar? Yes..and as a customer with chronic illness that appreciates all my days maybe more than others, for I know how short they can be..and so, when able...I like and appreciate good food, ( for I rarely eat out due to my illnesses) and I try to be appreciative and friendly even when not given the same in return.. I am doing new treatments in this area in hopes of extending my life...in this area, and so I do hope to come back and perhaps have a better customer service experience, as for the food, A+.. ***thank you""* to those in the kitchen for it really did taste delicious. I also used attempted to use my phone # or my dine # which both are connected to my online Dine account..and was told it couldn't be done that night, why??? I did call the main Dine Rewards by phone, and it never has to this day been credited to my account? so that's a shame as we spent close over $200 for 2, to dine..and that's not including the large 35% tip.. I do recommend visiting and it's a beautiful area, and was clean, and had a nice ambiance..

Excellent fish. The fish is always cooked to perfection at Bonefish. My sea bass was browned on the outside and warm and moist on the inside. I'm glad I ordered the sauce on the side (and not on the fish) because it didn't need it. The mahi special which my wife ordered was delicious. We never hesitate to eat here when not sure where else to go. The consistency is great. We sat inside and the appearance of the restaurant was professional and as expected for this price range. The service was impeccable and our waitress Alexis really did a great job and her timing was perfect. We would have liked to sit outside but there were many restaurant goers camping at there tables long after they paid the bill. This was a little frustrating but I'm not holding it against Bonefish because it's one of those things that nobody can really control. I'm actually happy to have sat inside because the lighting was much better and the chairs looked more comfortable. It's a trade-off.

Had the chcilian sea bass. With lemon butter with a lobster tail melted butter mash potatos back mac n cheese nice size fish and very hot meal nice place will be backThan you for a nice birthday dinner

Food was almost perfect, the ceviche was a little dry and the fish didn't feel fresh, but it was fine to eat. My husband loved the salmon salad and I liked the sirloin and the crab cake even thought the sirloin wasn't as tender as I expected.

GREAT FOOD! At first we were a little hesitant because we had tried their food before but in a different area but this was by far the best meals we had throughout our stay. Right down from the bread, to the drinks, to the food and dessert, it was downright delicious! The food tasted fresh and well seasoned. We got in and out before it got really crowded so service was very quick as well.

Lovely location. Very busy in season. Service can be overwhelmed at times, so cut them some slack, as staffing issues are everywhere at the moment. Food is excellent, and prices reasonable.

The service was excellent but the meal was a little bit too cool, not hot or warm at all, but still it was a delicious meal.

Had a great experience. Went in for a birthday dinner and the service was exceptional! The food was delicious and atmosphere was great! Our server even offered to take birthday pics for us.

For seafood is a great choice, excellent food, especially the combination of shrimp with coconut, I love it, my wife is not a lover of seafood and I order chicken, I understand that it's a restaurant in which specialty seafood and maybe that's why it's not your speciality chicken/meats. Of all the rest is a gastronomic experience that should be on the list of places to visit in Naples

Seriously, one of the best brunchs I've ever had. Bottomless mimosas, belinnis, sangria, and bloody marys for a VERY reasonable price AND the food can't be beat! I had filet and lobster benedict (insanely delicious), and others had the creme brulee french toast and avacado on toast, which both raved about all day, as well. On top of the amazing food and drink, the staff were very attentive and personable. I usually don't love or recommend chain restaurants, but HIGHLY recommend brunch here at this Bonefish... We had a fantastic experience all around. (Plenty of parking, too!) 👏 👏

Delicious food and exceptional service. I ordered Key West Aki tuna and my husband got a steak. Today its his BD! Everything came out really good. We finished it with the Cream Bruelle...everything is very good!!! I highly recommend it!

Bonefish Grill did an amazing job for our valentine's day dinner: Bang Bang Shrimp, Cold Water Lobster, and Kristin P made the entire experience wonderful, she is the example of how customers should be treated. We ordered the key lime pie, let me tell you, it's so good, we finished the whole thing even though we were stuffed, that tells you how good it was. And to add to it, such a beautiful martini, perfect for valentine's day. Great job!

Our experience was not so good at this location we made reservations for 4pm happy hour is 3 to 6. When waitress came we ask happy hour her response “oh happy hour starts 3p we did it’s 4 she said no it’s not until we showed her our watch”hello”. Oh I’m sorry was the response . The wine comes out dirty glass with a yellow something stuck inside glass .. table dirty had rings on it never cleaned. Then my husbands fish was all batter . Not a great experience for sure. The wine should have been taken off the bill .. crazy we will not be going back Naples bonefish

I reserved over a month ago for my Moms 70th birthday and I needed a res for 20-25 people for family and friends flying in from everywhere. The experience did not disappoint! Your staff from the reservation to the big birthday were stupendous! The food was delicious as it always has been and my Mom had the best birthday party she has ever experienced. Thank you so much for bringing our family together. We will keep coming back!

I had the Atlantic Salmon steak with 2 sides. Delicious, they had their Tuesday special a 3 course meal. Salad, entre, and desert. All good choices on the menu were excellent. A definite must go there..Thumbs up!!!���
