Dan, Isabella and I visited this wonderful place for the first time today. We ordered the Hamachi Carpaccio & the Grilled Octopus both were deliciously fresh and butter tender!
We also ordered some rolls and sashimi, the salmon was uber fresh and meltingly soft, quality was superb in all the sushi we ordered.
We ended with some fried rice and Dan's Salmon sushi with quail egg & Salmon Roe with quail egg.
The staff was friendly & professional, always on top of everything.
We had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner who made it a point to say hello and ask about our meal. This place renewed my foodie soul with impeccable food and service that matched it equally with respect & courtesy. We have added this spot to our favorites in the Naples area!

Our favorite place in Naples for sushi. We ordered the grilled octopus and it was fabulous. My husband ordered the angry grouper and that too was wonderful. So far there is nothing I’ve tried that wasn’t amazing. The only complaint we had was that the patio was closed. 🙁
A lot of people say good Asian cuisine is hard to find in the Naples area which makes Araya stand out! Araya has a great vibe with nice outdoor seating, heated lamps, and flavorful food.
The garlic edamame is not to be missed. The sushi doesn’t disappoint. The drunken noodles are fantastic. Looking forward to trying more dishes here!
Nice, new outdoor patio with friendly and accommodating service! We didn't have a reservation, but figured to try to dine in and patio seating would be a plus on a pleasant evening. We lucked out and got a table for 4 and food was phenomenal! Grilled octopus, sushi/sushimi boat, and blue crab fried rice was a big hit for our teenage boys!
If there’s one thing I’m picky in, is Thai /sushi food. This is by far the best place to eat in Naples. I absolutely love the extensive menu for a small restaurant. The donut dessert with condensed milk absolutely delicious. Service is good, attentive and chef is always willing to modify your food if need it. The ambiance and decor is pleasing. Service is good, but can improve. You won’t regret coming to try this place. Enjoy!
Canh Nguyen, serves up the most fresh sashimi in the area on Fridays (the day of his fish delivery). Outdoor dining, loads of parking and a wonderful experience.
So far freshest Thai food I have tried in Naples. It's pricey, so I recommend 12-3pm (not sure if it's weekdays only) lunch specials. Salmon lunch dish was generous and delicious and veggie currie was fresh and tasty.
The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The team went out of their way to ensure we had a seating location that was ideal. I highly recommend the tom yum soup.
It's been 3 years since we've been (Covid) and I was excited to go back and had the best meal of duck Thai red curry, amazing!
On a Monday night, the restaurant was busy and then slammed when we arrived and filled to capacity. A good sign that they still make excellent food.
We started with a 9pc sashimi to share which never disappoints and I love a good curry, so the Duck Thai red curry with lychee and pineapple (med spice for me) was the perfect blend of flavours. I took a fair bit home and added an extra 'soup' at $7.95 to add to it. Staff was great considering how busy it was.
Gave the atmosphere a 3* because the TV was playing Family fued ( on mute), very odd though.
Also not sure why the outdoor patio was closed which we have enjoyed in the past.
Amy was incredible, she recommended the yellow dragon and you just can't go wrong. The Thai tea came in a bottle, which I thought was pretty cool too. I'll be back for sure.
The atmosphere is really calm/inviting. There is a bar inside, no outside dining area. Bathrooms are located in the back. The staff are attentive. The food was good, but found them a little bit on the salty side, sushi rolls were also OK. Overall would recommend.
Love this spot, family friendly feel, warm and inviting staff, huge menu, lots of choices, many daily specials. We had the spring rolls appetizers, followed by Mongolian Beef with fried rice and mushrooms, absolutely delicious. Also had the dragon roll (very crunch and tasty), and California roll sushi. Best of all we had the Banana spring roll with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was the 0erfect end to a great meal.
