Fine dining, lobster spaghetti fillomg and very good, calamari with prawns and zucchin cooked well, and cesar salad was also very good.
The clam linguine with olive oil and garlic not very good sauce wise. Had to drown with pasta sauce. But noodles cooked perfectly in both dishes.

Delicious food on the 5the Ave!. Being to the one in NYC n wanted to see if this location matches the same quality and it does. Food was fresh and well presented. Service was a bit lacking as our main waiter was slow on fulfilling our request or didn’t offer anything extras such as pepper or cheeses for my pasta. Overall it’s a good experience and will try again.

Always a pleasure at BICE's. Our group was super satisfied with their meals. Individually they all stated they were happy with the presentation and flavours. The service is excellent. Early dinner discounts are beyond excellent $$$. The happy hour drinks very satisfying.

The service and food are superb! Marta,our waitress, was attentive, patient and knowledgeable; her recommendations filled our expectations! From appetizer to dessert, never a disappointment! The presentation is very artistic! Their white sangria is excellent. Great location. Parking might be a bit challenging, but worth the try.

My husband's mother and 2 sisters came from Indiana for a week-long visit and my husband had made reservations ahead of time . The service was excellent and the food was too. $5 house wines. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. Best bread basket in Naples! We love the spread they serve with the crusty bread. Great first impression. Worth going for the bread alone. LOL. Henry our server was cheerful and seemed to really enjoy his job and serving us. He made our dining experience special.

I had only tried the bar food and drinks during happy hour a few times and finally stopped in to have dinner. Food was great, from the seafood to the braised beef and the wine selection stayed true to the Italian experience. Understandably busy due to peak season however, there could be adjustments done on the service level. Romantic ambiance once the dinner crowd starts to clear out. Come check out Bice !

I Carpaccio for appetizer which it had too much aioli on it. Then I ordered Gnocchi. The food was good! Service could have been a bit better by not having the food runner stack the appetizer plates in the middle of the table to make room for entrees and just leave the plates there until a while after when waitress comes over.

Decided to go to Naples with the family this past Sunday,we knew we wanted to eat on 5th ave and found BiCE.First off a very warm welcome and we sat outside.Filippo was our server and was great, we will be asking for him when we return.The Risotto Milanese was like butter and reminded me of Sicily,my son's gnocchi was homemade and the pesto sauce was spot on,my daughter's pasta bolognese was as flavorful a pasta I have tasted in years.The Pizza Verona had a buttery crust ,great flavorful prosciutto di Parma and a large ball of mozzarella di bufala.Everything was outstanding,I have been a professional chef for 30 years and I must say BiCE uses the finest ingredients for their food.It's a must go to restaurant!!

I have been to Bice many times and have always been more than pleased . We even were there at Thanksgiving an enjoyed it. Our servers have always been the best. This time a little disappointed. Made a reservation for 10 of us for Valentine 3 weeks before. Got there at 5 we’re seTed not inside that I asked for but on 3rd avenue side in the sun. But as we are at table still waiting for 3 more in our party we see they are seated at a different table and were told they were the first to arrive even 6 of us were at a different table. Our server was not good. Never checked to see if we needed water it another drink. Was not attentive at all. Now as always the food was fabulous. Our server did not give one of us the right meal he order beef and got chicken. Maybe he was new?

The food was by far, the best we've had in Naples. The wild salmon was tender and delicious. Served with a black truffle sauce and a side of lemon risotto. The eggplant appetizer tasted amazing, the Tiramisu and zabaglione were delish!
Two of my friends had the Veal Milanese and one said it was the best she's ever had.
Oh and I can't forget the fresh bread, served with marscapone. Our waiter was so friendly and professional, and made wonderful recommendations! It was so enjoyable we're going back tomorrow for our last night here in Naples.

My husband and I had a great dinner last night to celebrate our anniversary! The food was great, we had the Antipasto as our starter, then we did the Grilled mixed seafood platter for 2 that was perfect! To finish it off we had their tiramisu (Yummy). Our server Fellipo was top notch!(Definitely ask for him when you reserve) We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a great evening!

I've dined here several times and always had a lovely meal however yesterday I was not impressed. My son had chicken which turned out to be raw on the inside. We complained to our server who ordered another one which was ok. He also told us upon delivering our cheque that he reduced it accordingly. A whooping big $7 discount although the chicken was $22. Disappointed to say the least
