YOU. WILL. NOT. FIND. SOMETHING. ON. THIS. MENU. THAT. ISNT. PHENOMENAL. PERIOD. My family and I went here to go on a food excursion, and we were not disappointed. We sampled octopus, kangaroo, and grass-fed beef just to start. A!MAZING! We left with our stomachs filled to the brim but we wanted more. We can't wait to come back and sample the delicacies we missed out on the first time around. 5 stars is no justice. 11 out of 5 for FUSE. We can't wait to come back!

Was our first time at Fuse and we could not of enjoyed it more then we did. The menu is diverse with so many great options, and the food was terrific. Great cocktail menu, expansive wine list and the tuna was as good as I have ever had. Friendly staff, just a great overall experience. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Stopped by for the first time today with a friend. Had an excellent lunch, started off with 2 brisket tacos( their daily special) and those were packed with flavor, fresh onions, guac, and tender juicy brisket. We then split a BBQ platter and everything on there was absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of the pork ribs, they were to die for. Sides were fine, nothing to write home about.
Atmosphere is great, very quiet and not like your typical loud and noisy BBQ place. Very good place for lunch, business or casual. Highly recommend.

We just finished up another amazing meal. We’ve eaten here multiple times & always try to bring out of town guests. Their food is always fresh & delicious. They also have all of their gluten free items marked on the menu. Love their bbq & their collard greens are to die for. Their newest item on the menu is the burnt ends & the boneless short ribs.

Coming from the pickiest eater known to man….this is by far the best BBQ in Naples. Not only do they serve barbecue, but they have the best craft cocktails as well! Will most definitely be coming back. Well worth the drive from Fort Myers.

We had an amazing time. All 6 of us couldn’t stop complementing the food. Each of us got something different and we all loved it soo much. It was bday dinner and we really didn’t talk much to each other’s as we were so consumed by deliciousness of our food.
Staff including Monika at the bar (who is the owner ) was the friendliest and most welcoming as could be.
All together the most friendly, welcoming, pleasant place from the moment you walk through the door.
Not to mention the epic food!

Beautiful restaurant with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food and cocktails were superb. We tried the bacon wrapped dates and foie gras DLT for appetizers and short rib and scallops with pork belly for entrees!! We will definitely be returning for dinner again.

Our party had a fantastic night at FUSE Global Cuisine combining the clean, modern décor of the renovated dining room and bar, outstanding menu items, and friendly, passionate staff.
After ordering a round of cocktails from the unique drink menu (the pineapple mojito was a hit) we ordered several appetizers to taste. The chili-garlic hog wings with sesame and green onions were fall off the bone tender, yet crispy and very tasty. Meanwhile, the bacon-wrapped dates with goat cheese and toasted walnuts recommended by our waiter were surprisingly decadent combining sweet and savory and salty tastes that blended very well together. Similarly, the fried artichoke hearts with house remoulade were surprisingly light and delicious. We also ordered the serrano ham, blueberry stilton, and crostinis which were also enjoyable.
For entrees, the tuna au poivre was the big hit seared to perfection. Served along with grilled bok choy yuzu aioli, roasted mushroom ragout and whipped potatoes, the presentation was as beautiful as the tuna was satisfying. The Thai-braised short ribs were rich, plentiful, and very flavorful.
We decided to order the 4 dessert items to taste since they are all made on the premises. The crème brûlée was the perfect marriage of its caramelized top and creamy body. To our surprise, the avocado cheese cake was a delicious blend of flavors paired masterfully by the chef. The bread pudding with guava was equally decadent, and chocolate lovers must try the lava cake.
Our next visit is already being planned, and I am sure we will be equally impressed.
